I have been with this company for years but recently moved. Changed my address on their website but when I click save, it goes back to the default address. They sent my subscription to the wrong address and because I had a change of address, it came to my new address but I had to pay for postage again. I called and complained , and they said they could see my new address , so I didn't think twice about it. Next Shipment went to the old address once again. I can't continue to pay for shipping twice for every time. And unfortunately, as much as I liked the product I'm going to have to go somewhere else. They offered to change my address again But twice is more than enough. They have proven they can't handle the job.

As a doctor and surgeon, I am very careful about the supplements I use. Vegamour didn’t have any significant positive effects from their biotin supplements but rather started sending poor quality products. Rancid supplements with oil leakage. Customer service is pointless and tells you they will investigate and email in 24 hrs. No refund or replacement. No customer value. There are better vegan biotin supplements that won’t harm your body so don’t make the mistake of buying vegamour.

Product works well. Seeing hair growth.

I was charged for an order I did not authorize after being unknowingly enrolled in a subscription from a prior purchase.

I contacted Vegamour immediately the same day the order was confirmed, but they said it had already shipped and refused to cancel or refund it.

I am currently traveling internationally and cannot receive or return the package, which I clearly explained — yet my emails have gone unanswered.

Very frustrating experience:
• Unauthorized subscription enrollment
• No opportunity to cancel before shipment
• Poor customer support and lack of response

Be very careful — what looks like a one-time purchase can turn into recurring charges.

My hair is super soft and the shampoo helps with my dry hair. It has allowed my hair to grow longer for sure.

I started using 'Vegamour', because my thinning hair, now that I used it for a month straight! I must say I am seeing all these tiny hair grow in, also in the front of hairline where I apply the serum the most. I love the smell of this product. I love that the ingredients are nothing harmful and aligns with what I use in my daily regiment. I am loving that they have larger bottles also. I got my grandmother to start using it also, her hair is thin and she will give me a full honest review after a month use. Great product and I love the results.

Well I did answer this survey earlier today. I said my experience with customer service was helpful and prompt. I was very pleased. I did add the comment that I wish the actual products worked as well as customer service. So far, I haven’t experienced any positive results.

Products are great, love that they are vegan and actually delivers results. Love the subscription for my monthly replenishment so I never run out of my shampoo and conditioner.

Quality is high end.

This stuff is a miracle serum my wife purchased it from sephora a salesperson recommended it she had a bald spot on her left temple and started using the GRO Advanced serum and she's furthest from being consistent with anything once every other day then skips days and weeks and the hair filled in and is about 3 inches now like it was never a bald spot I said let me try this stuff im a guy but hair is hair so i purchased the 3 month package they had a special for 150 and first month nothing with every day some times twice a day and I used a derma roller till the area was red and raw then two weeks in to my second month I see hundreds of baby black hairs I had to temple areas I was applying it to but figured for shits and giggles let me apply to a lower section where my hair line use to be to cover a exposed scar and I can see the little hairs straight across im never stopping with this stuff but im also using black forest cocoa flavanols and 2 different beef organ supplements and I take a collagen at night so it could be a combination I don't care its all working .

Terrible experience.
I contacted Vegamour to cancel my subscription and it seemed to have been. However, I get a $200 charge on my credit card from them, and i see they automatically shipped 4 items (also $200 for 4 items = rip off!) I emailed them immediately and asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They refused. They said I will have to wait for the package to arrive, then send it back.
Upon receiving it, I sent it back. Lost my tracking number, and of course they coincidentally “did not receive” my return. But I put in the correct address. I have a hunch they got it, but are refusing a refund. Terrible costumer service. They do not provide a return label so you are responsible for paying for your return. Zero compensation for the inconvenience they caused, and poor costumer service. Save yourself the money and trouble and go with someone else.

They have cancelled all products to the uk without prior warning which means the hair that has grown will now fall out.

There is also several lawsuits against them one being the real ingredients used not being Disclosed which is terrifying since I switched to this product in pregnancy as it was seemingly a clean product

This "Hair" company shows up on my bank statement as a Clothing & Shoe company. Plus they didn't let me purchase because they said "I'm not a traditional householder because Im a digital nomad. While their competitor has never had a problem selling to me online. Their offices are in the worst part of Los Angeles but their Instagram shows their office as all cute and posh-really weird.

I worked as a hairstylist and makeup artist for 10 years in my twenties and thirties. I say that to point out I know a lot about hair.
I was introduced to Vegamour by a salesperson at Sephora. She showed a path of skin on her scalp around a burn scar. She said she saw no hair growth in the area for 2 years then tried Vegamour and hair growth began. She said you MUST wait at least 2 months for a result. So I tried it on my scalp and my brows. At the beginning of month three my eyebrows were noticeably fuller and looked the way I wanted them to. At that time I noticed so many new hairs emerging on my scalp. They were about two inches long and the were kind of peeping out. As a hairstylist I was SHOCKED. I kept w this program. I make sure to massage my scalp well. I use the scalp serum one a week. It has been about 2 years and I have so much more hair!!! I love doing my hair now. Note: if you don’t do it daily for 2 months you will think it doesn’t work. I have paused my subscription and have canceled my subscription to a couple of products w/o difficulty and even had luck calling the company. Anywayzzzz good luck!

What you read about the issues with cancelling subscriptions and automatic shipments is true. They stop sending confirmation emails about your upcoming order therefore making it impossible to cancel once it ships. Customer service is worthless and offers no assistance. The products are overpriced and you can find better on Amazon. Do NOT fall victim to getting a subscription as it is not easy to cancel.

Vegamour is an unprofessional company. We subscribed to their shampoo service, which stated that they would notify us and require approval before shipping the next order. However, they never contacted us and simply shipped it without notice. We had to return it, losing $10 in handling fees that they refused to refund—not to mention the time wasted.

We canceled the subscription, yet they still shipped another order this month.

This feels like a joke. Their customer service is nonexistent.

I'm now contacting my bank to file a complaint. This is borderline fraud, and they should be held accountable for their incompetence.

Product does not work as advertised. Their customer service is also deeply lacking. When you make a purchase you’re automatically signed up for a recurring charge. Bogus. They are quick to charge but not to reply or to support you in any way after that. Do not buy from these scammers.

I dont like this brand of shampoo and conditioner at all. My hair is fluffy and dry after using. The conditioner is awful, it makes my hair feel rough and doesnt give that smooth feeling when you use it. I am very disapointed. The shampoo lathers up nicely though and smells like bubblegum
