Gary always ensures you get the most out of each appointment with targeted treatments, he also advises on ongoing self care and suitable exercises that you can do at home to aid with recovery.

The therapist is friendly and really good at his job. He helped me with my shoulder pain. He was very honest about his work and not there just for making money. Very helpful.

I’ve now been to Gary twice and had a great experience both times.

I’ve had a bad back injury so started to look into getting a massage to help the recover. 10 years ago I had a sport massage and it was extremely painful but thought I’d give TheVeganSportsTherapist a try. Best decision I’ve made!

The first session Gary listened and did some movements with me to see where the problem was. Then explained what was happening with my muscles. Then got down to the massage.

Before going I couldn’t even lie on my right hand side. 1 days later I could. It’s not fixed completely but with more sessions I’m confident it will get better.

My second session we concentrated on lack of movement in my neck. I’ve had at least a 50% improvement with 24 hours.

Got a way to go, but I have trust and faith in Gary.

Gary offers up a great service providing treatment holistically by looking at not only the symptoms of the problem but also the cause.

The massage was great and I felt completely comfortable and at ease and after it was finished he took the time to give me examples of stretches and exercises that will help to correct the tight shoulders I suffer from. He even sent me links to helpful videos on YouTube.

I have since been back, will be going again soon and have recommended him to my partner who has been.

I can't recommend the service highly enough. Gary himself is a great at what he does, the price is spot on and the result are exactly what you'd hope for. 5 stars

Came with a shoulder injury and loss of movement. After 2 sessions I am starting to see an improvement already, pain is reducing and movement is significantly improved in only 2 weeks. I’m so pleased, back tension is also so much better and some great coaching on how to improve my posture from here on. Wish I had come to Gary moths ago.

Gary is amazing - he’s really personable, friendly and supportive and works incredibly hard. His sports massage was one of the best I’ve had and I felt 100 times better afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.

I would highly recommend the Vegan Sports Therapist. Gary is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and understanding. He tailors a plan around whats best for you to help you reach and achieve your goals. The support I receive during the week is also fantastic and I really could not ask for a better service. If you want to loose weight, train for an event, get healthier, get help with your eating habits or whatever it may be Gary is the person you need.

Just had my 1st (but not last) appointment with gary. After dropping him a message earlier in the week to see if he could help with my back pain. His calendar was pretty full (always a good sign) but he did say he would try and fit me in. Managed to get an appointment 3 days later.

He attended my home address which for me is an added bonus.

The massage it’s self was unrushed and felt very thorough. The conversation during helped in explaining probably why i was having issues. Normally I've had next to no conversation during treatment just whale music.

All in all I can’t recommend Gary highly enough. He came recommended to myself and i can see why.

Sometimes pricing puts people off. Eg too high, not paying that. What seems to be too low, wouldn’t be any good.

I have found Gary offers great value for money. Im keen to try some of his other services too.

My back and shoulders feel amazing this morning (day after).
