I'm picky about where I play because so many sites have super slow redemptions and super slow Support some don't even even have support so I'm just having an FAQ section that they call their support section. Vegasgems Doesn't leave much to be desired in either category. When I'm there, I have never waiting if I have a problem I get a solution right away and when I want my money, I get it right away

Scam site, i am new to this site and got a redemption, i hardly been on there site haha! and only collected .25 cents recently off login bonus, and they claiming that i was "stacking" daily logins to get my redemption which is complete bs, and just a way for them not to pay my redemption, i also have proof in my account, i only collected one daily login, and have only had 2.10 in my account before playing, i only got lucky on there site, and they don't want to pay, other site such as chumba luckyland and pulsz do not do stupid crap like this, stay away from this site, as they fake.

I won the equivalent of $900 on Sunday, October 6th I was told that since it’s my first redemption, it would take four business days no big deal. The four business days came and went. I was told that it was sent to my bank that I should receive it within a day or two that day or two came and went, then I was told that there was an issue with their bank. Still haven’t received my redemption and I’m getting annoyed. I’ve never had this issue with this a
site in my life. I will update if I ever receive it.

By far the stingiest casino I have ever played in! Amazing selection of games. Best by far. However, they want two to four times the amount to play them. The log in bonus was ok. On average ten to twenty cents a day. The catch? You're not aloud to aquire more than 25 cents or you can't get the next days log in bonus! And FYI, most of the games are on average 20 cents a spin! They're bonuses for buying packages are just as tight. I think you get 5% extra. And to top it off they got rid of their affordable games

They have completely removed their original games. Towers is gone. Mines is gone. Crash is gone. Slots? You can play slots anywhere else. Everything that made this place stand apart from the competition is now GONE. Vegasgems.com is now no better or different than McLuck or HelloMillions.

9/26 EDIT: as of recently, they have made some changes that make it no longer worth playing here, personally. Removed low cost original games and only have slots now, with .2 min. Can't stack daily rewards to where you can spin more than once.

Vegas gems is one of my favorite places to play online. Its fun and a cool concept for a level up system compared to some sites vip programs. I enjoy alot of the original games compared to some. But vegas gems is definitely lacking a original pinko and keno. Wink wink.

Vegasgems seems to be making big changes. Their bonus rain was removed. Additionally, they seem to be deactivating customers accounts for vague reasons such as the "pattern of play is unacceptable". When I asked why or if there was any form of reconsideration, they stated the decision was final.

The only reason I could see them doing this was that I was "up" probably about $1,000 since playing there in the past 2-3 months, and frequently purchased their discounted offers.

Lack of transparency, and it seems if you are "up" for too long or if you play low volatility/high RTP games...they'll randomly say your play style is "unacceptable".

Additionally, this site charges very large transaction fees for credit and debit cards. All in all, I would recommend you skip this site. I thought this one of the best social casinos, but I can see now that this industry truly is in it to milk customers.

No, my pattern of play isn't "unacceptable". What is unacceptable is poor decision making from management which thinks only about short-term monetization of customers rather than retaining long-term loyal customers. This decision was incredibly shortsighted, considering I had once recommended the site to many. I can no longer recommend Vegasgems after today.
