Address file failed twice on mobile

Address file failed twice on mobile. The error text was cut off behind the menu, so I had to guess what they wanted. I had to check the same screen again later. The detail mattered because the balance had changed

There was a small hiccup with some free spins not showing up, nothing major. I filled out the contact form, had a reply by the time I finished my coffee, and the agent pulled up the promo wallet rather than firing off a generic FAQ response. After a quick logout and back in, the spins were there. Nothing huge, but sorted out nicely.
