Company is a complete joke!
Customer service? Well I won’t call it customer service if you ring u will get put into a voicemail box.

I think maybe a small amount of humans running it like ( a total of 3 )

How ever after winning and then my account getting blocked!
And sending ID in and I have now been waiting over 17 days for my winnings am starting to think will I even get them! All over casinos pay u most instant even with sending ID

I've used this site amongst others and I must say this casino is terrible. It is the only casino that takes a week to give you your withdrawals. When contacting support they said up to 5 working days when it clearly states with the open banking method it should only take at max 24 hours. Use livescore or virgin bet. These companies actually give you your winnings almost immediately

I'm a genuine true person and I can genuinely say hand on heart ive had nothing but excellent experience with this casino, I would highly recommend. I've made very small deposits on my account since opening and have successfully withdrew a substantial amount of money with no issues at all. I've found from start to finish that the customer service for this place is amazing. I sent my ID and address verification yesterday it's been approved this afternoon and my withdrawal was also made as soon as my account was verified and my withdrawal is processed already and in my bank account. Avoid. Card withdrawals doesn't work for half year. For whatever reason. Open banking withdrawals takes days.. Every other casino takes from instant to max 1 hour. Vegas moose approving them manually. Don't expect to get them even within 24 hours.

That company doesn’t deserve even one star ,they did not pay out my money and try to make me look like an idiot and convince me that my transaction has been approved but there is a proof on the website that has been cancelled and money missing,I got a refund of 20 pounds in to my gambling account which I played with but I withdrew 70 in total ,so where the 50 pounds gone ? They was sending me an email very rude that I got a refund of all and I spent it ! But is not true,I have even screenshots. How is possible that company when ch earning millions still stealing from the customers-disgusting! Never go there ,waist of time and money!

Notice that the positive reviews are all very suspiciously similar. Be smart and read the 1 star reviews which all report the same issues. Vegas Moose have been sending me harassment texts and forbidding withdrawals. First it took them forever to actually validate my ID documents to allow me to withdraw, but they set the withdrawal limit high so that you cannot withdraw small amounts to test if they are legitimate (which most online casinos allow you to do, and a common practice) which is the first red flag. Then the real fun began - every single day, sometimes multiple times a day, they or The Phone Casino (sister company, part of the Small Casinos group) will send me a text from a different number with no "STOP" option, and the short code cannot be replied to. I block and report as spam, they text me from a different number to evade the block. They have sent me 42 texts inside of one month, which I have screenshots of as evidence. I have sent a "Cease and Desist" and will be pursuing legal action if I receive any more marketing messages and if they don't release the funds for withdrawal. I am deleting my account once I get my money back. I would not recommend this casino, I would not recommend depositing any money and especially not in large amounts as you may not get it back. I do not personally believe they are operating legitimately based on their behaviour. There are far better casinos that will not misuse your data and that will allow you to do test withdrawals before committing larger amounts of money.

I recently signed up deposited and got a small amount of winnings. I withdrew this on the Saturday and it is now the Monday and it is still saying pending. When I called them they were quite rude on the phone (there is no online chat) and said they get processed within 1-5 working days so weekend days don’t count, which means getting winnings could take a long time with bank processing as well. I have played on casinos and they always process withdrawals over weekends.
