This casino positions itself in advertising as a casino with instant withdrawal of funds. But as it turned out, they do not have any instant withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal in the evening, in the morning I asked the support why my withdrawal was not processed, you have instant withdrawal?! They answered that this happens, etc. I told them that I would leave a review of your casino, that you are fooling players by advertising instant withdrawal, which in fact does not exist. After our correspondence with them, they canceled all my winning bets. This is already a complete deception, double deception. Draw your own conclusions.

Regarding your comment on “instant withdrawals,” we strive to offer the best possible experience, including fast withdrawal processing for all customers. While we aim to process requests promptly, all withdrawals remain subject to routine checks, especially when linked to bets under review.

In your case, the request could not proceed due to the outcome of a bet that was placed during a delay in the live data feed. Following an internal review, it was found that the bet in question was submitted after a goal had already been scored.

Because the selection was initially accepted based on outdated information, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the bet was considered void due to technical error and was cancelled. This ensures that all customers operate under the same fair conditions, even when unexpected feed delays occur.

You were promptly informed of the outcome by email, and our support team remained in contact to explain the decision and keep you updated. The actions taken, including the declined withdrawal, were strictly based on the timing of the bet and our platform T&Cs, not on any external comments or feedback.

We remain committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all customers. While we understand that such outcomes can be disappointing, we follow these procedures to protect the integrity of play across the board.

Affiliate program scam

We were hired to assist on the affiliate program - multiple meetings and face to face conversations took place and 6 weeks of work, David the affiliate manager kept making excuses as to why the funds we were promised hadn’t hit our account after weeks and weeks of waiting he finally responded to advise we are not getting paid and we are in fact the scammers - I have all the conversation recorded and kept as evidence -
Stay well away from this Casino, I’ve been in the industry 20 years and this is the worst experience of my career!!!

I worked as an affiliate streamer,I worked for a month and never got paid, I do not recommend working with this scam casino.

Vegas nova sucks!

We were online casino streaming for Vegas nova as affiliates and we were mislead. They promised and did not deliver. They did not pay us what they owed us. Trying to label us as scammers even though we had run their website for them and did everything they asked of us they still tried to put their lies onto us. We were consistently lied to. There were alot of issues along the way and from the start I was very sceptical of these people and the way they spoke to myself and my business partner. I would highly recommend staying away from this platform.

I'm not super tech savvy but when I hit…

I'm not super tech savvy but when I hit a snag their support team jumped in and sorted everything out without making me feel silly. I usually get nervous when tech issues pop up, but they made it so easy. Clear instructions quick fixes and no stress.

VegasNova is a Scam!

This casino is a scam and ran by a fraudster.

Myself and team worked as affiliates for VegasNova for the past month and received a large number of complaints from the players we introduced to this website. Unfortunately, withdrawal requests are being declined and customer service stopped responding.

The 'Live' chat is ran by AI and isn't responsive or helpful at all and the email address I was given to provide to our players links directly to the fraudster running the show so a month onwards and our players still haven't seen their money.

Again, we worked as affiliates so not only did our customers get ripped off but we were also. We had an agreed sum arranged for our business relationship working as 'sponsors' or 'affiliates' to this casino and this sum was not honoured either, instead the casino owner has attempted to claim WE are the scammers lol.

DO NOT USE THIS CASINO

I made a mistake while entering a promo…

I made a mistake while entering a promo code and thought I had completely lost the deal. But to my surprise Lisa from the support team was not only quick to reply she was calm kind and totally professional. That kind of attitude makes a huge difference, especially when you're already frustrated. From tech to service this experience was five stars all the way.

At first I was frustrated but the support team completely turned things around. They stayed patient and professional the entire time, making sure everything worked perfectly before I got back to playing. The app runs so smoothly even on my older phone, without any lag. I reached out and he quickly identified the problem making sure everything was fixed in no time. Once the issue was resolved I jumped back into the games and I have to say the slots on this platform are top notch. I had a small issue with my free spins…

I had a small issue with my free spins glitching, but thankfully, Mike from customer support handled it quickly and professionally. The level of service was outstanding! Worst experience possible but it seems they are trying to improve

I deposited $500 in bitcoin with the expectation of a 150% bonus. I lost the deposit only to find that I wasn’t credited the welcome bonus. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a customer service representative. Their lackadaisical attitude and refusal to help will keep me playing with reputable operators.

Edit to operator response- I have not heard from you and suspect your response was just for appearance sake. The bonus has not been applied to my account.

I appreciate the fact Leo from Customer Service reached and made the original deposit bonus correct. It still seems a bit odd that an employee at any company would speak to me the way the original man (David) did. These casinos have a lot of competition these days and I have learned to stick with the couple with proven track records. Maybe Vegas Nova can turn it around. I’m still hesitant to deposit again without knowing how payouts work.
