Extra customs cost
The products are really good, but don't buy if you live outside the UK I had to pay the postman extra 21Euros for customs. I'm really disappointed since this never happened to me, especially for orders from Europe. Probably The UK is now outside Europe, but they "FORGOT" to tell or write me about this extra cost.
After my mail they refunded the 21 Euros, so I've changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you

I'm really sorry to hear that you were charged extra fees. This should not have happened. We send all our orders to the EU delivered duty paid (DDP). This means that taxes and fees have been paid and settled for you so you should not have been charged. first package got lost sent to Trinidad the country, not to Trinidad the town in the USA. I was sent a replacement, vegetology was in touch with me throughout the process.

Failed delivery
My order did not arrive for more than a month! Your staff member was helpful in tracking but the bottomline is that I had to eventually cancel my order. While I got my refund, I had to incur unnecessary charges, FX loss and worst still is the entire process. It wasted a lot of my time and caused me to go without supplements for a few weeks! It was a very unpleasant experience. Having good products that cannot be delivered to your prospects defects the entire purpose.
