I don’t usually write reviews, but this was a very bad experience for me. I ordered a bonnet, bumper reinforcement, and bumper for a Kia Sportage 2024 on 30 March 2026. I received the bumper and bumper reinforcement, but the reinforcement was of low quality and did not match my car—even though I provided my VIN number before ordering for verification.
It has now been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t received the bonnet. This has been a complete waste of my time and money.
Avoid at all costs

On 17th March I ordered a Citroen relay door mirror cover, the customer Service and advice through What’s App messaging to source the correct back was amazing.
Delivery was super fast!
Unfortunately the part didn’t fit, I contacted the company through What’s App and have tried repeatedly since 23rd March to contact them, phoning and emailing so far I have had NO response from the company
So disappointing

I ordered the bonnet from the website after confirming with the one of the employees saying it was next day delivery it has been 4 days still haven't received the delivery and they stopped replying to the messages I am sending. Making false promises can lead to loss as now the customer is complaining and asking for his money back. It gives me both reputational damage and financal damage

Although vehicle spares were not able to source the part i needed they have had outstanding customer service. They have given me so much advice on what i need to do going forward and even went to the extent of finding the exact part i need from the original dealership. If you are ever in doubt about parts or even just looking for some advice i would 100% recommend vehicle spares!

I was sent the wrong bonnet, but the company handled everything really well. They offered solutions, accepted the return, and still refunded me even though the item arrived back damaged. Replies were a bit slow at times, but they took responsibility and sorted everything fairly. Overall, very professional and easy to deal with.

Gave them my registration and some images of the front bumper i required and they sent the wrong bumper, the cost to return the bumper was £300 on a £220 bumper, they would not cover the return fee.

A1 2013 LED Lights for rear boot replacement (both).

Update: since leaving the update they got in touch via WhatsApp and sorted - really helpful once we'd managed to get hold of them, once sorted over the phone it was delivered really quickly and really well packaged

I've ordered a bumper for my van, over two weeks ago, no update have tried ringing and never an answer, email and their WhatsApp number and absolutely nothing back!

The person I communicated with ensured that they understood my requirement and checked that they were valid. The item was well packaged and received quickly and undamaged. Thank you

Ordered a rear bumper for a ford focus, straight after the order I noticed a light difference between the part I ordered and the part i needed. Kindly asked them to cancel the order and advise the correct part. No answer received by email eighter by WhatsApp.
next week the part arrived and now I cant reach them to get return address. Filled the return request form out twice already, nobody contacted me.
