Massive thank you to Andrew Davies for making the experience of leasing the Q6 Etron Edition 1 so easy.
Andrew was brilliant at explaining our options and especially for sourcing such a great car.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a Lease company, after struggling with many other companies who simply didn't listen, I got in touch with Ben who was fantastic.

Completely understood my requirements, was happy to give advice on which vehicle would suit me, and went the extra mile to secure the vehicle we chose at a price that worked for us. There was no sales talk, just honest answers which was very refreshing.

Everything from our initial enquiry, to delivery which Karen handled was brilliant. I would never go to another company again.

Very poor communication from this company over the past month.

I had an initial call discussing salary sacrifice for my business after filling in an online form.

However I have been trying to get in touch since to follow up on this via several e mails and phone calls but no response and no one has called me back.

I run a business myself and if I didn’t respond to a client I certainly wouldn’t ever expect to get that clients business.

I’m not sure how the company runs a business in this way by ignoring and ghosting potential customers. It baffles me.

I reached out to Vehicle Consulting via their website (after coming across them
On social media) to discuss whether my business could potentially offer their salary sacrifice scheme to employees and to request a quote for a vehicle.

I received a short email two weeks later simply asking whether I managed to get a car quote in the end? very odd, nether the less I gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested a phone call. They arranged a Microsoft Teams call for the week later but simply failed to join the call!

Really quite disappointed..Very poor service!

Vehicle consulting consist to provide excellent service. However, I wish to make a special mention to Robert Guest who continues to exceed expectation. On more than one occasion he was not only been able to provide me and my team with assistance at a moments notice but also has provided sound advice which has resulted in our company as a whole saving on unnecessary charges. I would highly recommend Rob as an advisor to deal with any vehicle concerns and if he is unable to provide his service he is always happy to refer you to someone who can help.
