I was charged for something I did not think I signed up for and the customer support agent Gary not only explained it well but helped me solve it too.

My question was answered promptly, and I got what I needed to get done in minimum time

I did not want this service, somehow I was charged 11$ for one car history report???
However I'm sure it's very helpful for many. I was not trying to subscribe to this vehicle history thing. My inquiry was only for ONE vehicle only.
