Really friendly and very knowledgeable
These people are terrific, and very friendly. I met Dexter, lovely man, really knows his stuff and was very thorough, went into lots of detail. Nurse Liz was amazing too, and Michelle on reception was incredible I would recommend the Veincentre in Canterbury to anybody looking to have their veins looked at. I advised my Husband to visit the Veincentre. Afterwards he was equally impressed by his treatment by Dexter and the lovely Michelle, had a different but equally lovely Nurse. I really can't praise them enough. It's the best thing I have done, and I wish I'd heard from them sooner. I would recommend them to anybody with even small veins.

Very proffesional clinic and staff ,made welcome by a very friendly receptionist .

Disappointed with my treatment outcome
I am writing publicly in the hope that The Vein Centre Canterbury will finally respond to my concerns.
I paid approximately £3,000 for sclerotherapy treatment to remove my varicose veins. Following completion of the treatment, I had to return a few months later because a vein on my knee remained clearly visible and had not been successfully treated.
In addition, the brown staining caused by the treatment, which was carried out in July last year, is still present on both legs. The staining follows the treated vein tracts and is very obvious. I was advised that this should improve over time, but almost a year later it remains clearly visible and has become a significant cosmetic concern.
Over the last 10 day, I have sent three separate emails to the clinic asking for advice, support and information about how these issues can be addressed. Despite these repeated attempts to make contact, I have received no response, acknowledgement or telephone call.
While I understand that no medical treatment can guarantee perfect results and that side effects can occur, I do expect an appropriate standard of aftercare and communication, particularly after spending £3,000 on treatment. The complete lack of response has been extremely disappointing and has left me feeling ignored.
I would welcome a response from The Vein Centre Canterbury to explain why my enquiries have gone unanswered and to discuss what options may be available regarding the persistent staining and the unsatisfactory treatment outcome.
Until these concerns are addressed, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience

It's important to say that following treatment, some degree of staining can occur and may take time to settle. We completely appreciate how frustrating this must be and we'd like to reassess you to see how we can help.
Not receiving a reply to your emails is not the level of service we aim to provide. We have been very busy but that is no excuse, we should and will do better.
We’d really like the opportunity to review your treatment and ensure this is resolved in a way that you're happy with. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss this further and provide support.

Would have been 5* but my 9.30 appointment was 20 mins late starting. Excellent customer service otherwise and easy and clear explanations.

I had a really great experience at the Vein Centre Canterbury. Nelan was fantastic throughout — professional, friendly and really put me at ease. The service from start to finish was excellent, and most importantly, my leg already feels so much better. I would highly recommend them.
