I had vein treatment on NHS 8 years ago and the experience with Vein Centre was like night and day. Had an initial consultation and scan with Helen Burndred. Scan results, treatment aims, plan and pricing structure were clearly explained before I booked an appointment to suit me with minimal wait time. I had EVLA which gave only a couple of seconds of mild discomfort during the procedure and follow-up foam sclerotherapy. Walked out after both appointments without pain and had positive visible results when the compression stocking came off after 10 days. The whole team at Chester were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The clinic was easy to find with available parking. Very pleased with the results so far.

I received top quality care from my first consultation with Mr Lake to my final follow up treatment. The practice is clean and all of the staff are professional and friendly.

If you have varicose veins resulting in pain, itching and restless leg syndrome, these are the people I'd recommend.

Very good communication from the start. Helen and Liz were so lovely during the procedure and at the after care visit. It was very straightforward. Slightly uncomfortable getting it done. Stockings are a pain but bearable. 6 weeks on and all is healing well. Some parts feel lumpy and hard and a bit sensitive but this has got better with time. Very happy and would recommend!

I was put at ease as soon as i arrived for my consultation. The staff were very friendly & everything was explained including expectations very clearly in my consultation which made my decision to go ahead with the treatment that much easier.

Excellent patient care, starting immediately with a lovely greeting from the receptionist and a nice cup of coffee. Followed by high quality treatment from Edward Lake. Diana the nurse held my hand and distracted me when I was having the needles. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend the Vein Centre.

I found the Vein centre to be absolutely great - I have have had three appointments and every one has been perfect - There's no pain or after effects - The results are better than I expected - The staff and the consultants are so friendly and reassuring and really do make you feel relaxed -

Vein Centre Chester has a very professional yet also friendly way of working. Treatment advised is explained very well and dates of my choice were readily available. I found the procedure itself not painful, but recovery was slow and the bruising & pain then was quite bad. I’m 90% pleased with the results. I have a few small issues that may clear on their own, if not I’d be happy to use this company for further treatment. I’m now happy to wear shorts and swimsuits on holiday. Yeah !

My whole experience from start to finish with Veincentre has been amazing. The guys in my local centre in Chester were lovely - they were friendly, reassuring and even played my favourite music during my first procedure. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wholehearted thanks to Dr Krishnan, Diana and Michelle - what a lovely team. I wouldn't hesitate to return - but hopefully I won't need to!

My procedure was so swift and professional and everything was exactly as I had been lead to believe; no pain, just a little discomfort.
Dr.Krishnan is clearly a superb surgeon and with his excellent nurse Diana by his side…and mine,….what a team!
I cannot thank the three, (including lovely Michelle in reception), of you enough. You made the whole experience a complete doddle and now my legs are completely pain free and look fantastic…well, almost 🤣
