Great service and very caring and professional …
From start to finish the Veincentre were very clear, professional and caring. Everything was very clearly explained along with how long the procedure would take. The recptionists Susie and Juliet were excellent and Deepak the doctor and Liz the Nurse were so kind all the way through with clear explanations. Thank you

The treatment that i received was first class, and I have now fully recovered from the treatment, and my life is back to normal.

Great experience
I was treated at The Vein Centre in Gloucester and had EVLA on both legs, with some sclerotherapy afterwards. I had been thinking about getting my varicose veins treated for a few years and wished I had done it sooner. The staff were professional and put me at ease. I cannot recommend this enough and overall I am extremely happy.

Excellent from the first appointment to…
Excellent from the first appointment to the last. I had very lumpy veins which i have hated for a long time. Was told about the VeinCentre but thought it would be very expensive. However i wsd pleasantly surprised at the cost and the outcome is brilliant. Would definetely recommend the centre.

Very prompt and efficient service
Very prompt, efficient service for my diagnosis. I made initial call at 2pm and was seen at 5.45pm the same day! Advice all very clear. Follow up for treatment also very speedy.

very caring and attentive, interested in our travel difficulties ,finding the actual building. very efficient and explained carefully what would happen and any treatment that might be available. demonstrated how to use the hosiery offered.very pleasant .

A very pleasant experience inevery way.
Staff were really good when we arrived just on time having been directed by sat nav to the other side of Innsworth using your post code.
They were calm and welcoming. The examination process was very efficient and the staff kept us informed, dignity and respect were clearly normal practice. The results were clear and at all times from the start to the end we were made aware of potential costs should we decide to go ahead with the specialist advice.

Venous leg ulcers
Staff was professional I had 2 venous leg ulcers evla treatment on both legs it was painfull but bearable my right leg was black (bruised) but left leg just a few small bruises on injection sites I had a few varicose veins which now are not noticeable to the eye but hard to touch overall this treatment done nothing for my leg ulcers if you got varicose veins that you are needing gone this treatment is good as for leg ulcers it didn’t work for me unfortunately

Excellent service
Excellent service. My veins have been treated and I’m very happy. The whole procedure is less uncomfortable than the dentist!
I wish I’d know about how quick and efficient the procedure was years ago.
The staff are kind and helpful, and put you at ease.
The added bonus was that there is no down time.

Had a problem with varicose veins in…
Had a problem with varicose veins in both legs, and needed treatment before a holiday as I was unable to obtain travel insurance with the problem.
I rang the Gloucester centre on the Saturday and went for consultation a week later, and had the procedure two weeks later.
All the staff were excellent, especially the surgeon and the nurse who was with me during the procedure.

Veincentre Gloucester
Everyone at Veincentre Gloucester has been incredible. I was very anxious throughout EVLA and schelotherapy and they were brilliant with me, kind and patient. When I had concerns after treatment they got me back in to deal with it and offering reassurance when they needed to. My legs are completely different just a few months on and I would highly recommend the Gloucester branch to everyone. Thankyou to Dr Deepak Vishwanath, the nurse and the receptionist for everything.

Permanent staining after procedure
Customer service is fine. It's the treatment itself that didn't work for me. I had one session of misrosclerotherapy for thread veins, and 10 months later the veins are about as bad as they were before PLUS I now have quite bad brown staining from injections all over my legs.
Yes, I was aware before agreeing to the procedure there is a risk of permanent staining. And yes, I am aware repeated treatments are required for thread veins. But, as always, one hopes for the best! And, obviously, after suffering such bad staining, I have no desire to go through this again.
I hope I will be able to find a treatment that will rid me of these dark spots. Otherwise, I will never have confidence to wear something above my ankles in summer.

Superb clinic
Superb clinic. Every member of staff were friendly and relatable as well as being extremely professional. Dr Deepak Vishwanath was very thorough and explained all procedures fully in an understandable way. I felt completely at ease with and fully confident in the staff. We are so fortunate to have such a facility in Gloucester.
