Kind and professional
Really kind consultant nurse and receptionist. Everything explained well and I felt very comfortable when having scan.
I felt nervous but no need at all after appointment I felt confident to go ahead. So I am booked in to start my treatment.

If you have to go, having a problem with your veins, this is the place to go.
There was easy and free parking.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The consultant was very friendly and explained everything that he did.
Overall I was very happy with my appointment.

Mixed reviews
I was very impressed how professional they were on my first consultation everything was very well explained and the staff were great. I had my first treatment for thread veins and I was very hopeful and confident that the treatment would work. After my fourth session which I was told would be sufficient I took my stockings off and I waited a few weeks for things to die down but I must say I am very disappointed with my results.My left leg is slightly better but I can still see the veins plus more have become more visible further down the leg.All the other minor ones are still there and look worse. I feel this was a very expensive procedure which I was led to believe would work and was looking forward to feeling confident when the treatment was complete. It took a lot of courage to book at the vein centre but it’s left me feeling very negative and it’s not the outcome I envisaged. I can’t risk and don’t want to pay more money out to have more treatment and quite frankly I am worried it will make things even worse.

Varicose veins my first appointment to the last…
From my first appointment to the last appointment everything was excellent.The consultant Mr Rai Nail was professional,informative,and put me at ease, he explained every procedure in fine detail. There was no pressure in making my decision but with feeling totally confident I had no hesitation at all. My only wish was I had the procedure done long before. I am so pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this at all . Can I just give a huge “shout out” to the nurse who helped, making me feel totally relaxed.

Excellent Service
Friendly, comfortable environment. All staff were efficient and thorough.
Raj Nair was excellent and very thoughtful in assessing my requirements. So much so that I did not hesitate to book the procedures recommended.

I recently had my varicose veins…
I recently had my varicose veins treated at this private clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my first consultation through to the procedure and follow-up appointments, every member of staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring.
The clinic was spotless, and I felt well looked after throughout the entire process. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease.

Punctual service, which seems rare these days. My appointment was 10am, I arrived 5 minutes early, had already completed the health questionnaire online. Checked in and sat down within a minute or so. Consultant then took me in, went through everything, scanned and feedback with details on treatment. Appointment arranged for treatment all within the half hour appointment. All staff very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

I just wanted to say thank you to the vein centre at Willoughby with special regard to Raj Nair - who in my view was a verifiable “vein genie “ and patiently and professionally guided me through making decision to go with EVLA and Sclerotherapy. I am so pleased with the results as I’ve been able to wear shorts without being self conscious and the lovely compliments I got did my ego no harm.

I had a very good experience when I…
I had a very good experience when I went for a consultation at The Vein Clinic in Willerby Hull. Staff were lovely , made me feel at ease. The Dr, was very caring and helpful . I did not need any surgery as it happened but I was very impressed that I was not sold something that was not needed. I paid the consultation fee and was happy as I now have confidence knowing that my veins have not deteriorated.
I would highly recommend the clinic . Very professional and better than waiting for NHS .

Amazing staff
From the very first visit the receptionist nurse and consultant were amazing. Very professional and friendly. After having the laser treatment all the aftercare was explained to me clearly, the results are amazing I even wore shorts to the gym last week I have never done that . I can recommend this company and this procedure highly. I am very happy with my treatment and results

After one treatment my varicose vein…
After one treatment my varicose vein and smaller offshoot lumps were gone, at the six week follow up, no further treatment was required. I am delighted with the result and the whole procedure was so easy, staff were friendly and efficient, would highly recommend.

Delighted with outcome
The care from Jo and Mr Nair at Willerby Vein Centre was excellent from start to finish. Cosmetic improvement of 90%, heaviness and leg ache completely resolved. Circulation much better, as evidenced by a dramatic 3 minute improvement in my 5km parkrun time! My only slight disappointment is the small hard lump in one vein that still remains after 2 treatments.. and I can’t justify more expense! But overall very pleased to have had it done.
