I found edward and julie ,so welcoming and supportive ..expkained everything to me ,helped calm my nerves as i was a bit nervous . Such a nice friendly enviroment , very professional and caring manner

I arrived at the veincentre in liverpool for my follow up appointment and got a nice reception by staff ,relaxed with a nice drink,then I met DR,lake assissdent who was so nice she guided me through what was happening, then I had a chat with dr Lake he done a ultrasound scan on me leg and I was happy with the result, I highly recommend this veincentre and a walked out a very happy man.thank you veincentre liverpool

I was very well informed and the staff were very friendly made me feel at ease from the moment I entered the building staff answered all my questions including the receptionist who also was well informed and answered my questions

The staff! Both my consultant and nurse were incredibly warm, welcoming and reassuring but in particular my nurse at the Liverpool clinic. She went out of her way to make conversation, put me at ease and I was honestly made to feel so comfortable.

I visited 3 times from first consultation to procedure and follow up. Extremely positive experience and would recommend highly - just wished I has done it sooner. From reception, to nursing to consultant made me feel welcome, at ease, and treated with respect. Fully advised throughout during the visits and with excellent communication via email with clear support and contact should that be necessary.

My third visit to the Vein Centre and as always 5 star.
A lovely welcoming environment, felt totally relaxed whilst having my veins treated as the nurse totally distracts you by chatting to you and making you feel at ease.
Happy with the results of my treatment, definitely recommend.

The staff made my first consultation very welcoming and put me at ease. The consultant was very friendly and explained the whole process and what my expectations would be. I'm looking forward in starting the treatment and hopefully have the desired outcomes.

Had the final part of my procedure 2 months ago. Bruising is minimal and appearance improved.

Consultation itself was better than fine, polite receptionist, chatty nurse and helpful Doctor 👍

But, the report I received was clearly for someone else and, having replied to the email to which it was attached, I've heard nothing 🤦‍♂️

I had a great experience. Quick appointment time. Lovely and informative staff. Had the treatment on my veins which was a pain free experience just a little uncomfortable and the doctor and nurse were very informative throughout the procedure. Only had the treatment yesterday so I can comment at the moment on my recovery or what the veins will look like at the end of my treatment. All good at the moment

Staff are all very helpful, Polite and reassuring as I was apprehensive on the day of my appointment. They made feel at ease. The consultant was lovely talked me through the various stages of my treatment.

Consultant explained in detail, what outcome to expect and the procedure. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Put you at your ease . Could not fault.

I attended the Liverpool clinic and was treated by Dr Kakani. He is very straight forward and honest I thought. He and the nurse assisting him made me feel at ease. He is very calm and knowledgeable. I had no concerns about his ability to carry out my treatment.

I knew what to expect having had treatment in the Manchester clinic twice before. Although I had good results previously, over 4 years more varicose appeared and I decided to have them treated. I chose Veincentre again. Although I knew what to expect Dr Kakani reassured me throughout the procedure. Asking me if I was in any pain.

I did ask Veincentre if they would consider giving me some sort of loyalty discount given my previous treatments. I was disappointed when they said NO.

Overall I'm pleased with my treatment so far. I have my follow up appointment in 6 weeks. Looking forward to seeing the results. Although I am aware that it can take several months for bruising or staining to subside.

This was my first visit to the Veincentre in its new location. Much easier to find and in spacious surroundings. The receptionist was very friendly. They were running late but I was informed and all members of staff apologised for the delay. The treatment was effortless for me as I have been before. I liked the relaxed and friendly nature of the professionals.

Booked in to get my varicose veins done.. had wanted them done for a long long time, but never thought it would be affordable,they were very extensive.i was nervous on arrival.But Julie the nurse she is an amazing person..she could gab for England took my mind completely off the treatment .. and Dr Nirmal kakani .. what can I say the man is changing peoples lives for the better…so happy with my results can’t recommend him and the veincentre Liverpool enough…from start to finish it’s been a smooth journey from consultation to follow up all done in a matter of weeks… Thank you again to everyone at the veincentre amazing experience .

I attended the Liverpool centre and was treated by Dr Nirmal Kakani. From my first consultation to my final top up I was treated with professionalism and kindness. I had an extensive treatment and was so well looked after by Dr Kakani and nurse Jenny Floyd who was so so lovely during my procedure and really put me at ease. Everything was well explained and had follow up calls day after to check I was okay. Can't believe waited so long to get this done although I'm still healing can see the positive results already. One thing would say is wear the tights as long as you can feel like it really helped me. Absolutely amazing can't recommend enough 😊 Thank you !!
