Excellent customer service it works out perfect for me.i’m not so sure if still open I try to call them but no one returning my calls.

I should have researched this company in advance. They have no working phone number and do not respond to emails.

Scam! ha, wow just took the money and the site is now down and phone never worked! the email is never replied to, did a charge back on with my CC as fraud!

Sent them a card. They received it. Called, email and text to no avail. BAD COMPANY...STAY AWAY!!!!

These guys are scams. Stay away. I but a card online. I tried contacting them by phone, email and their own contact form with no luck or response. The last call said "this number is parked". They also tried to charge my card for the second time.

You are warned.

Sent card, they received it weeks ago and never sent me a card I ordered. Called them and no reply! Emailed and no reply! Texted and no reply! STAY AWAY!

I paid my order.
Didn't received my card.
I Sent email, they didn't reply.
I called many times, they don't answer calls.

Don’t even try. I made the payment 3 weeks ago send it priority mail did get there in 3 days
Send over 3 email 5 what up 6 call and NO one bothered to answer or reply my emails today did a change back and reported my credit car stolen

Absolutely a complete scam!! Have to file a dispute with my bank now since they won't answer me back!! It's been 3 weeks.

These people are scammers, do not do business with them. I placed an order for a black Amex card and it’s been more then two weeks and all it shows on my order is that it is in process. They don’t pickup there phone nor do they respond to emails. I have now had to place a dispute with my CC company to recoup my money. Should of known this would happen, when everyone else is selling these for over $100 they are at $67.

I did it and it has worked out great for me. It was very easy to communicate with them and they did exactly what they say and it worked the way it’s supposed to work.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This people is a joke, I spend my money getting a Black Amex, it NEVER worked and they would never respond your messages after you pay them. This is a SCAM, don’t give them your hard earned money.

I place a order on Wednesday June 14 I still have not received my order I was charged for my card but haven’t received a tracking number or anything of that sorts I have been trying to contact them through emails, through the website, and also WhatsApp no success I just want what I paid for no one should have to go through all of this can you please just me my card

WORST SERVICE EVER. I sent them an American Express Platinum Card to convert to a black card. The card came to me with a scratch and when I went to use the card, it got stuck in the retailers machine as the chip wasn’t set flush enough. I called to tell them and they weren’t the friendliest. Made me feel like I was a problem.
Now here is the icing on the cake. I sent the card back to be fixed or replaced and they stole my card. Never got it back, tried calling them and they never picked up. Tried emailing them and they never respond. The worst. CROOKS don’t do it, you will be sorry

Horrible. Customer service is not existent. Found the owners Instagram and claimed it wasn’t him even though the LLC is registered to him. I may have don’t 30 calls in 3 days and none of them were picked up.

The Card quality is fine, but the numbers are incorrect. The communication from the company is poor so it's hard to contact them for the issue, so hopefully this helps. Can I return my card to be redone, alongside a new card to have the chip reinserted?

I ordered a custom card. Took a week before I received it. Couple weeks later I go and use the card while traveling, the chip doesn’t work. Thankfully the strip worked.
I believe their website says I have a year warranty or something. I’ve tried to email several times and no response. I just wanna know if they have a warranty and what I can do to have this fixed.

Never responded to emails or voicemails. Generated a tracking number that never updated but stated pre-shipping for over a week. They advertise that work on your order the same day and ship it back the same day - lies. Since they never cared to communicate nor respond, I had to cancel my card and get a replacement by fear of being lost. Then, the card magically appeared a week later...the tracking finally updated...It was pointless because I already canceled it and got a replacement from my bank. You get what you pay for...the competition is more expensive but they are top notch in communication.

After several attempts to reach out, to confirm the reception of my card, no feedback was given, ended up having to cancel my card. This was over a month and half time frame.
