My mother has ordered some utensils on March 23rd but it has not been shipped even after 20 days. When we tried contacting them on the phone or WhatsApp there has been no response. They have a terrible customer experience on how to track and ship the orders.

I placed an order for a Philips induction stove (₹4929, 2100W) on 27th March through your velan Store. The payment was successfully completed from my side, and I have the screenshot as proof.

However, it has been almost 6 days and I have not received the product yet. When I contacted on WhatsApp, I was informed that the payment is not completed, which is concerning.

I request you to kindly recheck the payment status from your end and update me on my order. If there is any issue, please resolve it at the earliest or initiate a refund.

Proces zamawiania jest bardzo łatwy, kontakt ze sprzedawcą bardzo dobry. Przesyłka szybko wysłana i bardzo starannie zapakowana. Sklep jest wspaniały i warty polecenia.

I ordered wet grinder March 5th and I enquired today March 11, I have paid full amount I contacted through phone, they asked for order number which I don't know, when I called again told orderID they were asking details about which I don't know again. After seeing invoice when I was trying to call they switched my call voice recorder option. There job is to answer for customer query isnt. Order number is unique one they can find easily by checking in system. Why they need product specification. This is really a bad experience. Such irresponsible behavior. Then how can we track our product costs that much. Let them check their WhatsApp what delivery information they have shared. If there is a provision i can also upload the screenshot of it.

They delivered it as promised. The device works well. They even added a complimentary item along with it. There was no hassle during shipping. Everything was trackable and the staff were really clear, supportive and helpful.

1) Placed order on 20th Dec'25.
2) Order was cancelled
When i inquired why they mentioned, price is higher now so we cancelled ("old stock, new stock" difference )
I complained that you are not honouring the order placed and increasing price as per convenience.... nothing was done and i when have this on WhatsApp customer support which was not helpful ! You can read the response from Velanstore to this complaint (which they removed later) saying I am ''.. wasting time..." " need to get a job..." Even now they are claiming in there response that have right to change price AFTER taking order and that's how they have been doing business for 60 years....!??? That should show you enough about this brand...
Unethical practices by this store would NEVER trust our recommend them .

Order will reach 10-15 days after dispatch and in case you ask for cancelation and refund they will cancel the order with their own charges and no refund.

I ordered some plastic boxes on 25 June, today is 8 July they haven't even shipped the product.
