Quality of the tumbler. The outer part is superb but the inside is not. Materials of the inside shred every time you close/open the cover and it might be hazardous if in will be intake continously. The inside part of the cover has visible scratches as it collided on the tumbler

The time of shipping was awful. The overall quality of the cup feels cheap and the lid does not feel secure. It also locks right where the handle is.

Terrible company customer service is a joke the lid to the cup i ordered came broken and refuse to answer my emails

I placed a order. Never got a confirmation or the item. They took my money. They won't answer my questions. Id like a refund

It was a gift for my granddaughter and she loved it

Ordered a month ago and still haven’t received the product. They’re quick to reply but slow to take action.

The company remade the cup. I am hopeful it will be the one I ordered. Customer service has been great.

Got what I wanted and it was on time

I love the way the cup looks, I ordered 2. The one I ordered as a gift is perfect! Liquid stays cold and it insulates very well. That one was a black tumbler. Mine was a colored cup and it doesn't insulate at all. Nothing stays cold which is the reason for the ratings I wish it was more insulated and not just really pretty

Quality of the product was amazing! Girlfriend loved it and we will definitely be buying from this store again!

I'll start with the good. When placing the order, I made a mistake in the delivery address, but it was quickly corrected by contacting support.
Unfortunately, that's where the advantages end.
The order was processed with a huge delay (24 days before delivery starts) and only after several additinal requests to support.

And after receiving it, it turned out that the size was wrong... I ordered sizes S and L, but received 2 with sizes S... Very upset.

UPDATE:
The store offered to exchange the sweatshirt for the correct size, which is a professional step on their part. Unfortunately, the item had already been forwarded to another country, making the exchange impossible. The rating in my review has been improved to reflect their effort to resolve the issue.

Loved the communication! I was informed every step of the way. Wish other companies/services were up to your standards. The reason I didn’t give you a 5-star rating was because of the quality of the sweater. The sweater seemed like it was a medium/large instead of a 2XL. I also didn’t like the color combo. The sweater was a pretty marroon but the color of the thread was a canary yellow. I was bummed!

Great communication and resolve, got the wrong item in my order and they emailed me back the next morning saying the right item would be shipped out and it was here within the week!

I ordered my items on the 28th September and they have still not arrived so for very poor service

I order as a gift on September and it still has not arrived (it’s October 12) currently. Super disappointed with the time it has taken. Will probably not be getting anything from here anymore.
