Ordered my girlfriend a purse
Ordered my girlfriend a purse. Kinda nervous as we can get about ordering something. They kept me informed and stood behind what they told me. I was extremely satisfied and she loved the purse. Got it even a couple of days earlier than what they said.

I have many bags and you would never be able to determine the one from Vellrus to the others from Neiman. I will definitely be ordering from Vellrus. Also shipping is so fast-maybe 2weeks!!

I am very happy with the bags I purchased. They arrived quickly and the quality is super nice. Emma kept me up to date on when I could expect them and included the tracking number. Then she followed up after delivery to see if I was satisfied. Will order again!

Ordered a Gucci and Louis. Fabulous. Even love the little scent packs they were shipped with. I have a million designer bags and these are every bit as good. Emma took the best care of me- even got a hold of me when I doubled ordered by mistake. Brilliant bags and service. The quality, customer service- specifically Emma will keep me coming back for more!

Great site to shop!
I worked with Emma and she applied no pressure just showed me the site! I ended up choosing a pair of sandals and a wallet! I had to leave and go on vacation and she kept me in the loop as to when my items would be delivered so I could have them picked up! Emma was so helpful🩷

Absolutely obsessed with my bag! The quality is incredible — the stitching, hardware, and overall craftsmanship look so luxurious and high-end. It arrived carefully packaged and exceeded my expectations in every way.
Emma made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and she made sure everything was handled perfectly.
Shipping was smooth, the bag is beautiful, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend working with Emma!
