I ordered some jackets and I have to say the quality is excellent and even better than I expected. The material feels premium, they fit great and are easy to wear. Honestly, they're beautiful!!
The only issue was with shipping. I had a few delays, but that was only due to the shipping company handling the package, not the seller. The seller was responsive and helpful.
Overall, 5 stars for the product!

As stated on our website, all orders require approximately 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment. After that, delivery takes around 10 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that orders are not processed during weekends, which may affect timelines.
Additionally, after checking our system, we were unable to find any order under the name José Luis Hernández Siatoya. For this reason, there may be a confusion or missing information.

La empresa no es muy receptiva a los cambios y devoluciones , producto que talla pequeño , y solo publican en su página las reseñas positivas , hice dos pedidos y en ambos viene una tarjeta que si sacas una foto con el producto y una reseña positiva te dan un descuento en la próxima compra , tarda una eternidad en llegar desde china
Uno , las medidas no son exactas , compruébelo en su página , las medidas que ponen no corresponde con la talla
Dos: Mil vueltas para que me abonarán el dinero y no garantiza que sea así , ((tengo correos de todo)
Tres : En la tarjeta pone claramente que no compartamos la información , y me llegó una en cada pedido, ( puedo proporcionar foto del texto citado)
Cuatro: en su página las reseñas son todas positivas , no se público la reseña que os hice , y todas las reseñas 5 estrellas a pesar que talla pequeño comentan en varias de ellas , a su página me remito

I WAITED 3/4 DAYS FOR THE SHIPMENT EMAIL, AND AFTER 20 DAYS MY JACKET'S ARRIVED.
I HAD A PROBLEM AMD THEIR ASSISTENCE REPLIED TO ME VERY QUICKLY.
FOR THE RECORD, MY SIZE ORDERED IS AN XL AND I'M TALL 1.86 AND MY WEIGHT IS 85 KG.
