Avoid taking a loss or getting mega frustrated as it appears to be a scam as me and other customers have been treated like (“mugs”) experiencing a run around. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Commande passée le 10/02/26, j'ai fais une première réclamation et ai obtenu une réponse complètement bidon et le 5/04/26 toujours aucune information sur ma commande qui soit disant était en cours d 'expédition Aucune réponse à mes deux autres réclamations

Fraudulent technique :

I placed an order with Velory 2462 and followed all instructions to refuse delivery for a return. They deliberately ship the parcel without a tracking number, making it impossible to confirm delivery and or return avoid processing my refund.

This is fraudulent behavior.

Despite repeated requests, over a month and a half has passed and my refund has still not been issued.

Customer service repeatedly said they would forward my request, but no resolution was provided.
I am now considering escalating via my payment provider, consumer protection authorities, and sharing my experience publicly.

J'ai commandé le 19 février 2026 et nous sommes le 15 mars 2026 ,je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Donc ils donnent de fausses informations. Déjà ma commande part de Chine et maintenant elle est en Hollande et il faut qu'elle vienne en France.

J'ai passé commande sur ce site pour ne recevoir mon achat. Par contre, 3 jours plus tard, mon compte bancaire a été débité. J'ai reçu avec 1 mois de retard, l'article qui ne convient pas. J'ai demandé le remboursement mais leur politique de retour est nulle. Je conseille à de futurs clients de fuir ce site. Ils ne méritent même pas une étoile.

They are crooks. I ordered and paid for a sweater from them, and it came, but it was much too small.
I requested an exchange or a return, but have had NO response from them!!

Les produits sont de mauvaise qualité et très mal faits. De plus ils sont bien trop petits.

I used this company to buy what I thought looked like good quality trainers. However when the trainers arrived they were clearly cheap and poorly produced. And the size was 3 sizes too small. When I tried to return the item the company refused and rather offered, 1st a 15% discount and then 2nd a 50% discount. But since I the product was not as described I expected a full refund and return of the product. This issue was finally resolved via dispute with my credit card company. Velori is a scam!

I ordered a dress that was supposed to be dark green. The color was lighter than stated. It also was too big. I sent 5 emails requesting how to return the item. I did not receive a response. I would not order from this company. I paid $49.99 for the dress.

Mensen doe het niet! Een stel oplichters zijn het. Ze zullen je alleen maar doorverwijzen naar Post.nl
De klantenservice zal je een mail sturen zonder telefoonnummer en zonder naam.

Opgelicht, via TikTok op deze website gekomen. Bestelling geplaatst zou binnen 3 dagen geleverd worden. Kreeg wel een track en trace, nu is heel de website uit de lucht en de klantenservice niet te bereiken! Zwaar opgelicht
