Worst customer service ever. Delt with a really rude “smart a@@“ I hope to find nootropics products elsewhere where they appreciate my hard earned money and value the customer. I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS -10!

I ordered two facial serums. I used the first one without any problems. The second one lasted for 7 uses, but the bottle was practically empty and had no product. I contacted customer service, but after 30 days, you can't make any claims on the products. So, never order more than one product and use it immediately. Terrible experience...I don't recommend it!

I purchase product from them in December 2024. The product still has not been delivered . I have sent over 100 emails as you cannot actually speak to anyone . The response was firstly an excuse as to not having the product available . Then they said they will send the product out next week it has now been three months

I continue to communicate with Velovita that I am unable to give them an invoice or order number for a product I purchased in October 2024, as all details were in my Jeunesse Global Back Office. Velovita have taken over Jeunesse and I no longer have access to this information. I have however provided proof of purchase in October 2024, proof that the shipment was released, got stuck in French Customs and then returned. Surely they have a returned parcel with my name and products inside. I have been communicating with them for 2 months now and they keep saying they are acting on my concern, and my request for a refund, based on the proof offered. TO DATE NOT ACTION AND NO REFUND. It is a pity because I really valued the Jeunesse products.
