Didn’t deliver on day that i had requested

Lovely lemony biscuits with soft icing. Too pretty to eat! Great gift.

So helpful. I had a few questions before ordering and Barbara helped me with prompt answers. The biscuits are on their way to Canada, where I'm sure they will be enjoyed.

The marshmallows were a gift and I specifically asked for delivery on 6th March. The present arrived on 27 Feb which not only caused an awkward situation but was no where near the date of the celebration.

Delicious lemon marshmallows, beautiful and thoughtful packaging.

I’m giving five stars because I bought the biscuits as a gift and the recipient was delighted. My purchase arrived within the time stated and the biscuits themselves looked exactly like they did on the listing and were neatly boxed which made a nice impression as a gift. So I am not subtracting stars for the price, though I did think it was extraordinarily expensive for 8 biscuits.

Beautifully packaged, design on the biscuits is lovely, perfect treat.

Delightful biscuits, just like the photos on their website, well packed and managed to get out a last minute order for me before Christmas. Would recommend and order again in the future. The vanilla biscuits tasted good, just the right amount of icing too. You just don't want to eat them as they look so pretty.

We make lavender shortbread at our lavender farm and needed the food safe greaseproof cards to go at the bottom of the packets. It was wonderful to work with Velveteen Rabbit Confections who gave us a range of lavender designs to choose from and then created exactly what we needed. We have just re-ordered and they pulled out all the stops to get our order to us in time for a big agricultural show we are attending. Thank you.

I bought these biscuits as gifts. This is the first time I have used this company and I will definitely use them again. Ordering was easy and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble even when I made a mistake with the wording on one of my gift cards. After contacting them this was put right and I was kept informed of delivery etc. The biscuits were well presented, packaged and looked beautiful. A recipient of one box has just phoned to say they are amazing and taste lovely. I have yet to give the others out. The most difficult part of this process was choosing which ones to buy.

These are without a doubt the best marshmallows I've ever had, it's so hard to find halal friendly ones but this is our new go-to place for them. I'll be ordering these again and again without a doubt!

Yummy biscuits, beautifully packaged & speedy delivery

Beautiful biscuits, perfectly wrapped and packaged. It was so hard choosing which design. Fantastic choice. I don't know how they taste yet as they are gifts. Only disappointment was a personalised card was missing. It would have been a nice touch for the recipient. Small detail though.
