The amount of things you can choose from is incredible and the level of service is amazing. They know their stuff and we were soooo happy with the way everything looked at our wedding. Can’t thank you enough!

Mediterranean Occasions supplied all the decor for our Wedding at Gaynes Park and they were absolutely flawless. They put the room together without a hitch and they used all their experience to help advise us on what would look best and they didn’t disappoint. Venue Stylists did our wedding decoration at Gaynes Park in May 2023. They came highly recommended from the venue and after everything I can certainly see why!

From the start our experience was seamless. They responded to emails super quickly and were always friendly when doing so. They recommended we come and view their showroom in Harlow where we discussed what we were looking for. The team really listened to what it is that we wanted and left us feeling super comfortable that our decor would be in safe hands!

On the day, I was blown away by everything. They are so organised, efficient and their attention to detail is amazing. Anytime I have spoken to someone from the team, they are always been so friendly and easy to talk to.

I would highly recommend Venue Stylists for your event! Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process, and we can't thank them enough for all their help!

Thank you so much for the amazing styling for our wedding at Gaynes Park in May. The dance floor, fairy lights and up lighting made such a big difference & all of our guests commented on how amazing it all looked!
We also had the photo booth which was great fun & the attendant was brilliant - great fun & helpful!

Where do we even begin! From the get go everyone at Mediterranean Occasions were incredible. My husband and I didn’t really have a clue what we wanted or where to begin. But from the start we felt supported and felt like we were in safe hands. Together we created wonderful ideas and to see them come to life on the day we’re incredible. The venue was stunning in itself however with the help from the team just transformed the venue even more. We were so happy with everything and I couldn’t recommend the team further. Everyone was so lovely, supportive and helpful. Thank you for making our day even more special.

Thank you so much to Sadie and the team for helping to make our Wedding Day at Gaynes Park so special. We went in on hiring the dancefloor, uplighters and disco ball and we were so glad we did! Would highly recommend them for styling your event. Staff are friendly, efficient and really know what they're doing! All their advice was spot on and they definitely put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend Venue Stylist, they were super helpful in our first meeting right up until our wedding day and they made our vision come to life!

From start to finish everything about the service we received was exceptional! Initial stages the team were quick to respond with ideas and quotes, and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. Once the plan was agreed they still kept in touch about some additional options that had come available so I didn’t miss out on anything new. We had a pre meeting to run through the set up just before the wedding so my mind was completely at ease on the day. On the day, I didn’t have to think of a thing. We arrived at Gaynes Park and everything was done and looked truly sensational. My guests were it total amazement at the quality of the decorations, and how they enhanced the venues natural beauty. I cannot think of a single criticism, as I genuinely mean this when I say everything was perfect. Such a wonderfully friendly and professional team to work with and I would recommend everyone to book them for their special day or big event. Thank you again team! You made our day what it was xx

On the day of our wedding we could not fault the service, team or set up. It was wonderful! Thank you!

The only downside is the cost of items, we would have had so much more if was a little cheaper. Perhaps consider a bundle offer to save money?

From day one Mediterranean occasions were absolutely amazing! They went through every option in so much detail and talked through all of our ideas and what they could offer in such a friendly way and without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and throughout they were so professional but also super friendly. They made our big day so very special! Everything ran so smoothly on the day and they made Gaynes park look even more beautiful than it already was (which I didn’t think was possible!)

We cannot thank them enough for how friendly, professional and wonderful every single one of them were and how special they made our wedding day.

We got married at Gaynes Park.
Whenever we contacted the venue stylist Mediterranean occasions, they were always polite and patient. Sending us quotes and pictures to help us choose what we were after.
The actual wedding day, everything looked perfect. Wouldn’t of changed a thing. 🥰

Sadie was brilliant! Taking time to help us choose lighting, decor etc for our wedding. The choices available to us were immense and we could have as little or as much as wanted. Our venue looked absolutely stunning, truly magical!

It'd true what they say the little things do add up and this worked out in two ways using the venue stylists for our wedding. The little details they were able to provide did enhance the magic of the day through creating an amazing atmosphere through the hire of uplighters for our venue and the amazing dance floor. These did provide the perfect backdrop to compliment our venue so massive thank you for the company in providing these. On the flip these little things did add up financially and using a venue that seems to have an inclusive contract with the venue stylists definitely didn't allow us to look for more cost effective organisations to provide the said items. We felt the hire of the items were a tad over priced however we don't see what goes on backstage to ensure these items were provided to us e.g. we asked for lights to go up a beam = £50 per beam when we could have definitely provided this cheaper. If your good on budget them these guys are amazing and provide a lot to make your day magical and the service we received was so friendly. If your tight on a budget then maybe seek alternatives - unless you have no option that we felt we had if we wanted these features during our day.

We had such an amazing experience! The dance floor and barn lights were beautiful (we had many compliments) and the turnaround time with laying the dance floor was so quick! It was all done without a fuss and with no need to interfere on the day.

Really lovely and friendly staff too who really made us feel at ease ahead of the big day.
