Bought the item online and waited for…

Bought the item online and waited for over a week without any correspondence. I contacted Venus to query my order and was told that whilst they could see that I had purchased something they couldn't see what it was because their order system has crashed over the new year so asked that I sent a screenshot of my purchase. I sent a screenshot and was then informed that my item was out of stock. Not great.

First class service

Excellent service from the company, ordering process very simple and received items in prompt time; good price too. I have no doubt I would use them again.

Fake caro white soap

I received quickly my order but the picture does not match the product. I've order a fake carolight soap on the website.
I've sent an email and no one responded.

Value for money

My nearest afro shop is 10+ miles away, so with petrol prices rising the £4.99 delivery fee is great value! The items are also reasonably priced along with a speedy delivery. I have used 3 times & will continue to use.
