Websites gone. Ghosted the customers. What poodle scammer. Pure Karma!

I’ve worked with multiple prop firms over the past couple of years, and most fall short in one area or another—delayed payouts, hidden rules, bad support—you name it. But Venus Funded has been a complete game-changer in my trading journey. From their streamlined dashboard to their incredibly fast payouts, every part of the experience has been exceptional.

First, the dashboard is one of the best I’ve used. It’s clean, detailed, and updates in real time. It shows daily and overall drawdown, profit progress, and even open positions. The clarity it offers made it easy to stay within the rules and hit my targets without constantly second-guessing anything. As a trader, having that kind of transparency is a massive confidence boost.

Their pricing and funding models are also a major win. I opted for the one-step challenge because it offered a faster route to getting funded, and it came at a very reasonable price. The rules are fair, achievable, and—best of all—free from the sneaky clauses some other firms try to slip in. They even offer scaling opportunities for consistent performers, which is a big plus if you're planning to build your trading career.

When it comes to the trading platform, I was blown away by the low spreads and super-fast execution. I couldn’t believe it. No delays, no “processing” limbo, no games—just a direct, fast payout. I’ve since received another payout just as quickly, and I’ve seen countless others in their community confirming similar experiences.

Stay Away from VenusFunded – Highly Unprofessional and Possibly a Scam

I strongly advise anyone considering VenusFunded to stay away. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. Here's why:

The dashboard barely updates — during my 2-month challenge it almost never refreshed, and even now with a funded account, it's updated only 3 times. This makes it impossible to track your real drawdown or profits.

Customer support is only available through Discord, which is unprofessional for a financial service. The live chat on their website doesn’t work, and there is zero email communication.

They lie about leverage — they advertise 1:200, but in reality, it's only available on one instrument (NASDAQ) out of the 10 I tested.

Withdrawals are only available in cryptocurrency, and this is not disclosed anywhere on their site.

The person acting as support on Discord is rude and unprofessional, showing complete disregard for customer concerns.

KYC verification is painfully slow, and documents are rejected without reason or notification — you have to chase them yourself to find out what’s going on.

When it's finally time to withdraw, they will accuse you of breaking rules without evidence, freeze your account, and claim they sent an investigation report by email — but of course, no such email arrives because they never conducted any investigation in the first place.

I’ve worked with several other prop trading firms, and while none of them are perfect, I’ve never experienced anything this dishonest or shady. Most will try to protect their money, but they don’t blatantly lie like VenusFunded does.

This platform feels like a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs.

If you still decide to give them a chance, go to their Discord and read the "general support" section — assuming unwanted message doesn’t get deleted first. That alone should tell you everything you need to know.

Poor customer service. Live chat doesnt work and no response when you write them through email. They are fond of directing you to their discord group.
Why should i be making enquiry from discord group when i have live chat in front of me.

Dashboard doesn't update trading data, there is no way to get to know daily drawdown level. My 2 funded accounts were disabled without warning for breaching rule of placing multiple orders on same symbol, which is defined as layering and a little absurd to be honest. I may try one more challenge, as larger drawdown and wide asset universe seems quite attractive.

Finally found a firm I can trust!

The overall experience has been great! Despite the losses, I believe they were necessary to the learning process and exposure to the market. Though it's called a demo, it is 100% different from just trading a normal demo account especially when you hold an account. Best of all, the statistics and journal. You pay for one thing and get a full package.

I have used many prop firms, there seems to be new ones popping up all the time with silly offers, I have used them all and blew them up before ever getting a pay out.

If you’re serious about trading, Venus Funded is the way to go. Venus Funded has been around the longest and I have even had payouts. Just stick to the rules and take your time.
