Good communication regarding delivery date, even considering the wicked winter weather everywhere. Have used product several times and so far so good. Mask easy to adjust and feels fairly comfortable. I wear it for 15 minutes at a sitting and I don't have any complaints. On the minus side, a warranty is not mentioned. And returning it could be a hassle, since it's shipped from China.

Never received purchase and they took my money. No response ever received regarding failure to deliver. Do not buy!!!!

ITS A SCAM: They stole my money. I made a purchase half a month ago, but then i wanted a different one so on the same day i wrote to them to cancel my order and cancel the payment. They cancelled the order but they took the money anyways. Its been half a month, and the money never returned, i never received any product at my home, and they are also not answering. ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used this mask 4 times and then the remote died. Unable to charge. I have emailed this company 5 times and they will not reply. There’s no phone number and it appears the company is in China. Please beware.

Ordered this for my wife’s Christmas present over a month ago and never received. They use some kind of bizarre shipping and tracking system that does not work. No human will answer the phone and they give you fake tracking numbers. I assume I’ll never receive the product but just sharing this to warn others of this sham.

The product is good. It's disappointing that it ships directly from China. "In Stock" does not mean in stock in the United States. Be prepared to wait.

Had a delivery problem and Veolumi support responded within an hour. They re-shipped my item right away. Excellent service!

The mask is super lightweight and fits well. I can relax or walk around the house while using it. A bit pricey, but worth it.
