If I could give zero stars, I would! I bought the strap but it was recommended to me that I not use it and that I send it back. I tried, they talked me into keeping it, saying they would process a 40% credit to my credit card. They said, you have to pay return shipping, so with the 40% discount, it would be worth it for you to keep it and maybe give it to someone else who might be able to use it.
I agreed, but I NEVER received the credit! That was about 2 years ago! I must have emailed them 50 times since, no response! I think they have blocked my email.
And you can't call.
DO NOT buy from this company!! Dishonest scammers!!!

Got scammed for $101.29. Never received order.

Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt, lt. DHL wurde dieser im Briefkasten abgelegt. Dort war er nicht zu finden. Nachdem ich in der Nachbarschaft nachgefragt habe, ob er versehentlich in einem anderen Briefkasten gelandet ist, habe ich Veralabs angeschrieben und den Vorfall geschildert. mir wurde weder die Sendung erneut zugestellt, noch das Geld erstattet.

I purchased two sets of chin straps for myself and my husband, to improve our cpap use. Neither set fit and both weren't adjustable. I contacted VeraLabs and was told that an adjustable set would be sent. I waited and waited, and was required to send photos of my straps and shipping bag. The replacement straps did not fit either. I again contacted Emma at VerLabs and was instructed to send all the straps back. I did so in September, and have yet to receive a refund.
This is another shady company making false promises.

Poor customer service. I returned the product to them and never received a refund. The one size fits all was way too big for me.

I ordered the jaw strap from VeraLabs for $39.99. It is easy to see I did not get the item pictured. The jaw strap I received did not have stitching as pictured and it is cheaply made. The fabric is so poor it does a poor job and is stretched out and frayed along the edges. I have contacted them 3 times for refund and they do not respond. Do not purchase this item.

Purchased 2 chin straps. It took a long time to get, come to find out they came from China. They are made very cheap. The 2 I got are extra large and not adjustable. I have requested a refund 3 times, no answer. I again got caught up on "if it seems too good to be true, it's not". This is a scam.

I ordered the chinstrap for snoring. The ad was clear that a full refund would be given within 60 days if it didn’t work. It didn’t. I applied for a refund. I was told to try it again for 14 full days. I did. It didn’t work. I applied for a refund to be told that the product had to be sent back to New York and it might be easier to apply for an instant 20% refund which could be given straight away. Figuring it would cost a lot more to send to New York than it was worth, I applied for the 20% refund reluctantly and got £6 back on a £30 product that didn’t work and was advertised as being eligible for a full refund. Poor customer service to say the least.

I made a mistake in the delivery address I gave when I ordered the Vera chin strap and thought once it was processed it would be a big problem to change it. I contacted Vera and the customer service rep was so helpful she solved my problem right away and was so friendly I just want to say how grateful I am that there is a company that still values customer service and doesn’t just take your money and then not want to bother to help if you have a problem. It was very refreshing!
