I must say, I was a bit sceptical when I first saw Vera's Undies advertised, but I kept going back to look at more positive reviews. Eventually, after a short time, I decided to order mine.
Firstly the underwear is incredibly well made. It's comfortable and breathable.
After just a couple of days of wearing the underwear, I'd gained total faith in them. I just wish I had discovered them before.
I ordered the wrong size to begin with, so I emailed Vera's. They immediately sent out the size I needed, at no extra cost. The service I received was impeccable. They were courteous, kind and sensitive. It reminded me of the good old fashioned customer service we used to receive in the high end department stores. I totally recommend Vera's Undies. Thank you.

The first time I ordered in my usual size of 2x the undies were way too small. I contacted the company and they sent a new shipment in the bigger 4x size, with no need to return the original order.
Communication with Anna of the Customer Support team was very helpful & made sure I finally received the correct size. Be sure to follow THEIR size chart & not what your usual size is. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about ordering from Vera's Undies, based on my experience.

I wouldn't have bought any more after the first order if they were not any good. Better than pads.

I lplaced this 3rd order for Vera's undies because she was closing and transferring her business to her daughter. The package never arrived. I called and reported the loss. My report was answered in a couple of hours by Anna who indicated she would check out the order and see if she could figure out what happened, Whenever I had a follow up question she answered right AWAY, SHE SENT REPORTS ON HOW THE SEARCH WAS GOING. AFTER A WHILE THE DELIVERY COMPANKYN SAID THE PACKAGE WAS LOST. VERA REPLACED THE ORDER AND THEY ARRIVED YESTERDAY. I AM OVERJOYED TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE i DID. ANNA 'S KINDNESS AND HELPFULNESS WAS AMAZING IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF NO SERVICE.

I already owned this product (but in a smaller size). I decided to purchase additional items (because they are really very nice) but in the next larger size.

The sizing chart didn't work really well for me. I am short BUT I have a short torso and very long legs so using height and weight never quite gets it right. And then there are the body measurements (I really have a strange body).

So normally I just try to find a size that is 'mostly' correct and it always helps if the American women's 'sizes' are listed.

Regardless, I love these panties.

Had to up the size since European/Asian sizes are much smaller than US sizes. Otherwise the panties are a heaven-sent! Comfy & easy to wash in the net bag that comes with the panties.

Super quick delivery lovely product was quickly replaced with a larger size. Many thanks to you and your team

The product is everything they claim it to be. Their return and/or replace policy was everything they said it would be. I had to exchange for size and the whole process was handled quickly and efficiently. Veras stands behind their product and I couldn't be happier with my whole experience. I would recommend Veras to anyone who would benefit for this product.

The customer service department is great. They replaced a size I ordered for another without any hassles. I have yet to try the undies but they are very well made and feel comfortable.

4.5 is what is my %. It did be a little but no one noticed, but I also use it for my UC problem and it works wonders for that.

The quality of the merchandise is excellent. The ordering and shipping went well.. any problems were sorted out quickly.

More comfortable wearing these. Since I started wearing I then I m no longer worried about leaking spots on my pants.

I like that I feel protected and I’m always dry
