Verbatim Solutions レビュー

Verbatim takes away the guesswork when it comes to my translations. I feel confident in the materials I am creating and I know when there is an issue I can alway contact Rossanne with my questions.

I love this service because it does not require that you have a minimum amount of translation time to do business with them, which makes it perfect for a small business. The only issue is there have been instances with our bill someone else transaction was listed on our bill, but it is always resolved promptly. Great service!

Verbatim Solutions is a wonderful company to work with for all our translating needs. Everyone is very friendly and professional. We have not had any problems at all. Also, the rate charge per call is very reasonable.

I am really happy with the service I received from Verbatim. I received a quote from another company, got a second opinion from Verbatim and it was only a fraction of the cost. I was a little nervous about paying 1/2 up front, but all work was delivered as promised. I would definetely use this company again and recommend them in the future.

From just over a year ago, when I first shopped around for quotes and hired them to do a short job, to today, several projects in several different languages later, Verbatim Solutions has consistently delivered high-quality translations. We have customers all around the world and it is important that they understand our products. Verbatim Solutions gives us an edge by helping us speak to our customers in their language. Literally! Whether it's Chinese, French, Portuguese, Korean, Russian, Spanish or English, they’re always fast, courteous, well priced and most of all, accurate. When I have had questions about a translation, their customer service quickly conveyed my concerns to their translators and the problems have been promptly resolved. Previously, different people at our company used different translation companies for their needs. Now, Verbatim Solutions is all any of us uses for our translation needs.

I am so pleased with Jeff Walsh and his level of customer care. He is great to work with and makes everything simple and prompt. He is very professional and the translations we receive are also amazing. I refer you guys to everyone!

Verbatim is the best company for translation services. They are always quick to provide a quote and get the job started. If you need a rush delivery or not, they are always accommodating. The prices are very fair as well. It is a pleasure to be one of their customers!

We've been working with Verbatim for several years now, and have had excellent experience with them. Their pricing seems reasonable, their turnaround excellent, usually within the week. We've had the occasional misunderstanding, but they've been very quick to clear things up to our mutual satisfaction.

Kirk Baumgartner is our contact at the company I work for. He has always been very helpful in the few times that I have been able to work with him. All deliverables are in-hand by the day he has promised, and all communications are promptly responded too. Often with only a couple of hours (which is a huge plus!)

It's been said that "actions speak louder than words" this can only be true when the words that are spoken are not put into action! As an international company we have many needs for documentation translation. We had used other companies years ago, that is until Verbatim Solutions was recommended to me by a colleague 5 years ago. As the request for the translation of research documents became more frequent, entailed and time sensitive so did the actions of Verbatim Solutions. Verbatim Solutions has always provided the most complete and accurate translated documentation to our company on or before the strict timelines with a certificate of translation every time. In making this professional relationship even better are the staff! Over the years Joe Moss, our Account Manager and his staff are true professionals. They consistently go above and beyond in their quest to satisfy us the customer and all of our needs.

Great response time and customer service. Works well with accounting department. Best translation house I've worked with to date.

Verbatim is so easy to work with. Our rep Jeff Walsh is AMAZING too.

Melaney at Verbatim Solutions is one of the best account representative that I've seen for a long time. She is very responsive and handle all the translation service we need in short amount of time. I would recommend her to anyone who need translation service.
