Levererar produkter som inte fungerar, som de sedan inte kan få igång, med kundtjänst som inte kan ge några riktiga svar på någoting.

There's bad and then there's verifone bad. They don't speak english. They won't troubleshoot general issues or basically do ANYTHING without having your account up ( they wouldn't even tell me there hours of operation without the account). They can't provide you with any info even if you give them everything they need. It's a complete joke. I called to get basic troubleshooting help and provided everything they asked for and in the end they advised me I was set up through a 3rd party but couldn't/wouldn't say who it was. It was a big secret so I was and still am unable to get general help. I can't cancel with this company fast enough!!!!

Does not deserve even a star.
You told them that was a mistake in chosen the product and to refund after few minutes after purchasing (after receiving the serial number and name of the product I noticed that something is wrong) - no understanding that popup windows with "special offer" can be deceiving and showing other products while you are looking for something else.

Anyway - do not buy from them as they just want your money and no way they are thinking on your needs.

Aldrig samarbejd med dette firma. Sørg for at læse kontrakten grundigt, og undgå at give kortoplysninger eller tilmelde jer betalingsservice. Ellers risikerer I, at der fortsat bliver trukket penge – selv efter abonnementet er opsagt.

Vi har afleveret alt udstyr, opsagt abonnementet og har dokumentation for det hele på skrift. Alligevel fortsætter de med at trække penge via betalingsservice og sender stadig fakturaer.

Vi har kontaktet dem flere gange både telefonisk og via e-mail, men uden resultat. Det er slet ikke i orden!

Worse company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They organise an appointment with a four hour window. No tech showed up, not phone call to notify, and could not answer when a new appointment would be made or when my hicaps would be available. To add injury to insult the customer service was extremely rude trying to blame me for not contacting them earlier. Shit company, shit customer service!

Habe bei einem Online-Händler Ware retourniert, diese Retoure auch bestätigt bekommen - Verifone/Paymorrow ist seit Monaten (!) nicht in der Lage, diese Retoure in ihr Rechnungssystem einzubuchen - ich erhielt mittlerweile (trotz mehrfacher Mails inklusive der Bestätigung der Retoure durch den Onlinehändler) mehrerer Zahlungsaufforderungen und nun eine Mahnung, für Ware, die ich ordnungsgemäß retourniert habe und deren Eingang mir vom Onlinehändler bestätigt wurde.
Als Antwort kommt von Paymorrow immer der gleiche Standardtext, dass ich mich an den Onlinehändler wenden soll (was ich mittlerweile unzählige Male erfolglos getan habe!)
Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Otroligt dålig kundservice vid uppsägning av avtal. Ingen återkoppling bara nya fakturor och påminnelser. Under all kritik.

Unglaublich frecher und unhöflicher Kundenservice. Man wird indirekt beleidigt und ständig unterbrochen wenn man nicht ja und amen zu deren Standard Klauseln sagt. Scheinbar kein Einzelfall. 6 Wochen warten bis ich mein Geld wieder bekomme welches überzahlt wurde. Das kann doch nicht rechtens sein. 0 STERNE !

Fakturerar 3125 kr för att en trasig terminal inte kommer tillbaka inom 10 dagar. Ingen information om att det gäller när de bytte ut den och ingen påminnelse.

I created an account on this 'data thief' site, and they rejected my application and blocked my access. I can't create another account with the same email address, I can't log in, I can reset my password but I still can't access it. This despicable company, which reviewed and rejected my application in a few hours, hasn't responded to my emails for 3 days. I will now check the payment machines in physical stores and refuse to pay if it's Verifone. Verifone and 2checkout are definitely low-quality companies to be avoided.

Absolut unprofessionell und nicht vertrauenswürdig.
Trotz 3 (!) Monaten Wartezeit und mehrfacher schriftlicher sowie telefonischer Erinnerungen wurde das zugesagte Terminal bis heute nicht geliefert.
Statt Lösungen gab es ausschließlich leere Versprechungen und Ausreden.
Besonders negativ hervorzuheben ist Herr F. V. aus München, der Zusagen machte, die anschließend nicht eingehalten wurden.
Zeitverschwendung, schlechter Service und keinerlei Verlässlichkeit.

Verifone, ie 2Checkout took money out of my PayPal account as an "auto renewal" that I did not authorize and are now refusing to refund my money, so I have had to file a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company to attempt to get my money back. They attempted to get me to cancel my dispute with PayPal which PayPal told me NOT to do.

Vi har haft problemer med vores betalingsterminal i 14 dage nu efter Verifone lavede opdateringer. Vi kan ikke bruge terminalen 9 ud af 10 gange og må sende fakturaer! Uholdbart i en take away. Når man ringer til dem siger de at det er vores eget problem. Nå man mailer svarer de ikke. Må ud af vores aftale med dem for det er helt uhørt dårlig service!!!!

Een waardeloos iets. Geen service! Aanbiedingen in Nederlands en als er iets niet werkt, moet het ineens in Engels...

UPDATE:
Following this review they issued a refund. The ordeal with their delay tactics, and lack of cooperation should be considered by future buyers. This is regrettable because this company has abandoned past good ethical practices.

Verifone bucht im Auftrag einer Softwarefirma die Interstellar heißt seit 2024 jedes Jahr nun Beträge von meinem Konto ab. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass die Software beim Kauf 2024 noch nicht mal funktioniert hat und ich diese direkt versucht habe zu stornieren. Auf meine zahlreichen Mails diesbezüglich kam keine Antwort, es wird weiter abgebucht, ich werde die Sache nun meinem Anwalt geben.

Extrem unprofessionell. Wurden unter falschen Eindrücken zum Wechsel von unseren bisherigen Dienstleister (wird bald pleite gehen) gedrängt, nur um dann festzustellen das Verifone der gleiche Lieferant hinten dran ist. Service ist ne Katastrophe. Kann nur abraten
