I have been experiencing issues with my Verisure-Arlo security camera for the past couple of months, as it has not been working properly. I have raised multiple complaints during this time, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution from your team.
Additionally, it appears that my calls have not even been logged, and I have received no updates whatsoever regarding my issue. This lack of support is extremely disappointing, especially considering I am being charged â¬50 every month for the service.
