Vero Living is a scam co !
No furniture but finally got my money back through my bank.

They have now changed name again to Vero Active.

How are these fraudsters allowed to advertise on the internet when so many people have had their money stolen from them .
Also beware of the Clearpay company for lack of transparency and suspicious activity !
Why do these companies encourage fraud?
Stay away from them both and don’t get caught up like I did.

This company is a scam ordered furniture in September and it still hasn’t arrived. No reply to the company.

Vero Furniture order beginning of September, zero contact, tracker was of time, DO NOT ORDER!! They take your money and fail to deliver your paid for goods!! I have reported them to American Express fraud team

Ordered garden furniture online, paid ,received tracking details, yet no furniture turns up always in transit . No contact available pure scam .

Would have preferred to give no stars,but not an option if you want to post on Trust Pilot.
If your considering purchasing from Vero Living,dont, avoid them!!
They are scam operators who also use the company names Vero Furniture and Cassa Garden Furniture.
When ordering all looks legit,they accept your money confirm the order and send you a shipment update with a tracking number. They advise delivery is between 27-32 days . The tracking number appears to work until goods are delivered to the carrier at which point it freezes. No goods arrive.
We contacted the carrier advised on the shipment note who advised no record of goods. Vero living do not respond to their online customer contact or email and there is no telephone number available. Unable to get a refund.
Have reported to Fraud Action and our bank in the hope we can claim funds back for monies paid for garden furniture.

totally scam, stay away

Order acknowledged on Sept 5th & like the rest was given a tracking no. After 31 days all tracking stopped & emails not delivered.
Shocking! Do not part with any money! It’s one big SCAM.

Scam!
Avoid at all costs. Same as everyone else.
Thankfully my bank did a charge back after investigation.

Ordered furniture and as like everyone else who has written a review, nothing has turned up!.. ordered the beginning of September, it’s now been 35 days, the tracking on TRUSTPACKET has ended!.. total SCAM!!….. something should be done, there is an address in Gloucester on the website for Vero, surely the authorities should be visiting this address to see what is going on!..

Absolute joke . Ordered end of July 2025 .

They tell you it’s in transit for a certain day , then tell you there was an issue. Then the emails bounce back .Do Not Order it’s just a scam . The website was down last week but now it’s up and people can order. I have been given a contact no .

Same as some other reviewers here, I purchased garden furniture at the end of August, received confirmation of purchase and trackpack delivery email. However, no furniture received, all my emails to “ customer service” of the Seller and transport company bounced back with postmaster notification that the receiver is blocking incoming emails. Fake company with fake delivery set up. I raised issue with Klarna, hoping that my 1 st payment will be refunded. The question is how Klarna approved this scam company and keep allowing funding , if so many people reported it is a scam?!

Absolute total scam…..again as others ordered furniture in Aug all the crap updates and still not delivered
Luckily I got in touch with our bank and started a claim and got our money back

Ordered garden furniture in August and they have never been delivered. Sent various messages but didn’t receive any answers. They are still advertising. Thieves.

As with all other reviews this is a total scam, steer away, you will lose your money

Scam company - no goods received. Wish I’d checked the trust pilot site direct before buying rather than relying on their website showing a 5 star review. £800 down and now need to raise a scam report.

SCAM! Ordered garden furniture, never arrived. Informed my bank that I thought I may have been scammed. Luckily my bank is amazing. They investigated and refunded my payment. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE

This is not a valid company they are a scam don’t part with any money

Total scam - I am like many others awaiting furniture where I have received updates via trackpacket to a point and then no update for over two weeks now. Sent many emails to Vero as per website with no response. Furthermore I wrote a review against the item on their website which was subsequently removed by them...Steer well away.
