Everything went smoothly. Was able to order on line and received the product both times that we ordered within a week. I ordered the product for others in the office so I am not the one to ask about the product itself.

I have not received a response on my order. I ordered it March 3 - they took my money immediately of course. I have called 3 times and emailed daily and have not received any response.

Great product - works great on our space!

shipping was super fast, the packaging was great, they took the time to make sure your product is well protected as to not damage it while its being shipped to your home. The product itself is gorgeous and is designed very well, easy to assemble. This really helps improve your posture so you're not just sitting and typing all day. The ability to stand when your back feels stiff and still do your work is great. you can program the desk to adjust to your height. i have it set to when i an wearing high heels or flats. this is super helpful also comes with an app so you can adjust the height of the desk before you even get to your work station! highly recommend

I ordered the gray desk, waited and waited and when I did not get a message of the shipment I finally checked and was told there were issues with the gray material and it had not shipped yet...I needed the desk ...asked about what other colors were in stock, you had white and that was shipped out...like the product, would have liked to have been notified that there was an issue with gray when I ordered so I could have changed sooner

I dealt with Randi in Customer Support, and she was excellent--not only efficient, friendly, and prompt, but was happy to re-send me directions when my pdf wouldn't print out. All in all, all interactions with the company were excellent. I wish I'd been able to keep the balance board that I had to return (I have vertigo, but I didn't anticipate it would be a problem) and anticipate looking to Versadesk in the future.

Have not received the unit yet but the web site was easy enough to surf. It would be nice for a comparison page to be available to easily see the differences between the units. Which is basically the USB port in the Up/Down buttons and the pull out keyboard platform. But overall the website was straight forward and easy to use.

Be more clear about shipping times prior to purchase. I’m not going to wait 8-10 days for processing.

Got the adjustable desk. And it is amazing

This is far more versatile than a full desk that moves. I was getting numbness in my lower body from sitting all day and this desk has brought activity and movement to my day.

I currently have the adj desk and have had it for like 8 years - i LOVE it. I just ordered the seated desk cycle and can't wait!
