I bought some tickets for Versailles from versaillesticket.com. The payment redirects you to Ticketgo.com. After making the payment, I received nothing. No message indicating the purchase or the tickets. This website is clearly a scam. They have no support phone number, nor is there any way to contact them. I have requested a chargeback from the bank.

En achetant ici, j’ai payé bien plus que le prix officiel sans aucune valeur ajoutée en retour. Je recommande vivement de se rendre sur le site officiel du château pour éviter ce type de surfacturation.

By purchasing here, I ended up paying much more than the official price without any added value. I strongly recommend visiting the official Château website to avoid this type of overcharging.

This is not the official Versailles ticket website. Instead of 32 euro for a full ticket they will charge you 44 euro and will charge (unauthorized) amounts after. These people are scammers - please do not buy. I had to block my credit card

Tickets für den reinen Zugang zum Schloss (21€) werden hier zum Preis inklusive Gärten (32€) verkauft.
Auf jeden Fall eine nette Provision.

Logo und Website sind professionell und sehr ähnlich zum/zur offiziellen. Wahrscheinlich nicht illegal aber trotzdem asozial.

Am besten einfach nicht auf gesponserten Websites kaufen.

Habe ein Ticket für Versailles gekauft und erst danach gesehen, dass es nicht die offizielle Website ist und ich statt regulär 21€ 32€ gezahlt habe. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass es sich bei der Differenz um eine Provision handelt. Stornieren war nicht möglich. Kauft die Tickets lieber bei der offiziellen Website, das hier ist reine Abzocke.
