INFELIZMENTE E APÓS 1 MÊS CONTINUO COMO TER SIDO ROUBADA E MENTIRAM QUANDO DIZEM QUE DEVOLVERAM O DINHEIRO PARA NÃO SEI QUEM, FUI BURLADA E ROUBADA POR ESTES SUJEITOS, ESPERO QUE A JUSTIÇA SEJA RÁPIDA!!! LADRÕES E VIGARISTAS E BURLÕES, POR ISSO QUEREM FECHAR O BANCO , JÁ ROUBARAM A MUITA GENTE

Infelizmente só tenho a dizer mal do verse, além d eme terem bloqueado a conta, o saldo que lá tinha transferiram para não sei quem, que nem conheço, ainda foram 1500€ e com a lata toda , dizem para eu pedir a essa pessoa, ou seja, alguém que não conheço, nunca usei esse iban para nada ficou -me com 1500€, justifiquei sempre tudo, incluindo documentos que me pediram para que eu pudesse desbloquear a conta provei como titular que a conta é minha e mesmo assim duvidaram de mim, lamento ter ficado sem dinheiro, tentarei ir or outras vias, mas só tenho a dizer, ladrões, vigaristas e burlões

vergonha: transferiram o meu dinheiro para uma conta que não condiz com quem transferiu e por lei deviam ter-me devolvido o dinheiro a mim , agora nem a pessoa que dizem que transferiram recebeu nem eu recebi e perderam-me 1500€ , ladrões e gatunos, devem ter transferido para algum de vcs , e alegam que o dinheiro já não está na verse e limpam as mãos, burlões, e vigaristas, devolvam-me o dinheiro FDP!!!!

I opened my account on march 2022
Have been using it a lot, always with no problems.
Worked like a breeze in all countries I have been.
Good and fast integration with my other accounts in the Portuguese banking system.
Very reliable and usable.
It is with sadness that I see you closing down.
Removed my balance with no problems.
Had to open an account in your competition.
Hard to understand you not being sustainable. I tend to believe it has more to do with Jack Dorsey’s European strategy.
Want to give you all a testimony of a satisfied customer.

I received an email from verse.me saying that Verse is going to close on 13th September... How come??? How come such a wonderful financial company with such an excellent customer service and support is going to close???
Stopping ironic mode on...
Of course it's not a surprise neither for me nor for any verse customers (most of them reported here) who have to deal with them particularly those with "minor" issues like account blocked (ok, ironic mode on, again) and have to wait "just a few" (several) weeks to get the problem solved.

Hola! Cuando intento verificar mi cuenta en verse, siempre me sale que ha ocurrido un error y que lo intente de nuevo, y no hay forma de iniciar el proceso de verificación. Cómo puedo hacerlo? Ya que és la única forma de sacar el dinero de la aplicación.

Este é o melhor aplicativo que já experimentei. Ele é excelente, maravilhoso e extremamente prático, sendo muito mais rápido do que outros aplicativos semelhantes. Fiquei muito triste ao receber a notícia de que irão encerrá-lo. Sinto-me profundamente triste e se eu pudesse fazer algo para que o aplicativo continuasse, com certeza o faria. Desejo muito sucesso aos criadores deste aplicativo e peço que não desistam de seus projetos.

Update to Verse's newest response: I did not receive the email. For transparency, can you please share the content of that email in your response?

Update to Verse's response: Wish I could change to 0 stars for Verse gaslighting their users into believing they sent an email informing of policy changes. Last email I received from tthem was in May '22 about security tips. Stop using deceit and start taking accountability.

I downloaded the app years ago when it first launched to give it a chance. After only a few of my friends used it (they preferred the ease of Bizum) I had totally forgotten about it. To my surprise, they were quietly charging a monthly inactivity fee. I have never once experienced this bizarre practice of charging users an inactivity fee because their team can’t seem to motivate their users to engage with the app or acquire new users. Absolute failure on their part. It was only when I received an email that Verse was shutting down that I realized I still had money in the app and they have been delightfully and sneakily deducting their monthly inactivity fee from my balance. I can’t help but speculate that they are resorting to unethical practices to recover some their losses by taking advantage of their customers before they permanently shut down. It’s a shame that their parent company Square is allowing this to happen. What could’ve been a respectable app is now one that will go down in history amongst some of the worst out there.

after reviewing my account activity they decided to block it permanently. Outrageous.

Soy embajadora lite en verse. Los sigo en Discord y en twitter e instagram. Uso la versecard. Quitaron ranking y la mayor parte de promos sin avisar. Les pregunto que si eso es temporal o permanente y no me contestan desde hace días. Llevo usando la app mucho tiempo. El hecho de que no me contesten me mosquea. Verse ya no es lo que era

Hace 7 dias hice una transferencia desde verse a mi banco, 320€ , no lo he recibido, despues de mas de 7 mensajes al servicio técnico y 7 dias despues de haber hecho la transferencia todavia NO he recibido el dinero y verse no da señales. Me tocará ir a atencion al consumidor y a la policia a poner la denuncia. NO useis este servicio
