Team is outstanding to work with, they seem to really know what they are doing and how to go about getting results.

Delivery time has been as expected through each project we’ve done. Even had my fitness videos hit FYP within the first few campaigns. We had some communication misunderstandings in the beginning but Kristoffer has been exceptional guiding me along. This is the best service I’ve tried so far.
Excited to be on their team.

I am beyond impressed with the results I’ve been able to achieve thanks to Vertex’s help. I was little skeptical at first since I’ve been approached by numerous agencies but from the moment I engaged with them, their team displayed unparalleled professionalism and had a genuine commitment to driving results for my fashion page.

Went ahead with their tiktok trial and transitioned into their beginner campaign afterwards which has been absolutely amazing! Real people interacting with my content is mind blowing since I always thought I maybe was not really cut out for being an influencer but I am so happy!!

They have been helping me with negotiating brand deals too since I now have an actual following and it has been working out really well. Not quite full time earning yet but I have faith I will get there. So still like a part time job but how could i not be happy about an extra 1000-1500 dollars per month from brand deals. Never would have been possible without the new followers and all of the people now viewing and supporting my content. And of course them helping with the negotiations of brand deals too. Thank you all so much!!!!

Was offered an advertising service where, for 9 dollars, I would have my song advertised to the extent that I would get 10k listens on Spotify.
Sounded too good to be true, but thought I would give it a try.
Website seems legit, their video explaining what they do seemed good, the communication via email was great - and then last night they used my card details again to try to take nearly 200 dollars from my bank account.
Thankfully I used a card that I don't keep money in, just in case they were dodgy, so the payment was declined.
So I suppose it wasn't theft, it was attempted theft.
Currently looking into how I can file a criminal report against them...

Edit: As you can see from their reply, they’re saying I paid for a “trial” and that the next payment was meant to happen. Yet the next payment came 3 days after my “trial” payment, and literally nothing had happened in those 3 days. So what exactly did I trial? And no, as I can prove from the emails, no one told me there would be a second payment, and especially not one as large as nearly 200 dollars.
Either this is a scam, or you need to fire the staff member I was communicating with.

Awesome service! Can't believe how great it's been so far. I tried other services in the past but unfortunately they always turned out to be pretty vague not gonna lie. I like the communication with my representative & I obviously love that my content is finally seen by more people due to the way they take advantage of the algorithm. 5/5, no doubt about it.

Kristoffer and the rest of the team have definitely impressed me with their professionalism and results. They do what they say and honestly over-deliver. I was very skeptical at first just because it sounded too good to be true and I’ve been scammed in the past working with random Spotify promoters who reach out to me via Instagram so I appreciate the way in which they communicate. Everything is via email and feels very authentic and genuine. Would definitely recommend them to any artist looking to grow their Spotify streams.

I’m beyond impressed, Kristoffer and the team at Vertex Consulting have blown my expectations out of the water. Raised my streams with organic growth directly through my profile. I keep track of my stats daily and have seen drastic growth. Everything that that have said they would do, they have nearly doubled. I’ve tried other Spotify Promotion companies and gotten less than a quarter of the results. It has truly been a pleasure working with this company and I cannot wait to continue working with them.

So I was a little skeptical at first looking at the way my numbers were spiking and dropping. However after a few weeks my streams started coming from algorithmic playlists. As they all originally started from “profile and catalog” making me skeptical the streams were botted. Eventually a week or 2 into the promo I noticed algorithmic playlist placements and streams coming from these placements. Today I have streams from second song I released with 16% coming from algorithmic playlists and 14% on my first song. I have amassed 2,000 of the 22,000 streams from one single placement in the algorithm. I paid for a “novice package” spending 95$ with a guaranteed return of 4000-8000 streams. I started with 40 monthly listeners and currently have 4,730 monthly listeners on Spotify on the date of writing this review. We went above and beyond the threshold for streams being 8000 and Kristoffer passing 22K on the final day of promo (currently at 29,729). Im honestly very satisfied and enjoyed working with Kristoffer. Communication was direct and timely. I always had an update every Monday for retargeting. At some point one of my songs was not performing at all and Kristoffer told me directly people were not listening for more than 30 seconds and that they will redirect the budget. I respected this very much. Overall, was a great experience, would recommend to a fellow artist and would commit to this company again. In conclusion, During the start things seem a bit shady however the team is communicative and available and over time the advertising converts to algorithm. Or at least it did for me. I cannot say everyone will have the fantastic results that I did. However I’d recommend to give it a try. If you have good music you’ll smash the requisite streams. If you have mediocre music they’ll 100% reach the threshold. Was very great working with Kristoffer and would definetily recommend vertex consulting groups services!

Alice just responded to my review on here saying they "can't find me in their system" meanwhile I have sent Trustpilot screenshots of my messages and invoice from them proving I have worked with them. Trustpilot has verified my review.

It is ridiculous that VERTEX Consulting Group is now trying to gaslight people who have made a negative review and claim they aren't in their system and that they tried to reach out to them to fix the issue.

No. My Spotify profile was flagged for the fake promotion they were doing for my song. Everything they do is fake streams, do NOT trust them or give them any money. I want other hardworking artists to be warned so that VERTEX Consulting Group is shut down. They should not be in operation.

Hey Alice, when you respond to this review... are you actually going to reach out to me? Then I can send you our screenshots of the messages I had via instagram and email and the invoice from your company, proving you are lying. I will wait for your email if you do!

I am the Norwegian artist Queen of Sol, I have been working with Vertex Consulting Group since September 3rd 2021. I recently had to send them over 15 mails regarding their Spotify management ad work. On February 15th, I discovered via ''The Orchard'' (Distributor) that all of Vertex Consulting Group's streams have been registered fraudulent by Spotify. That means every single stream that Vertex Consulting Group has given me so far, 104.000 streams in September, Oktober, November have been fraudulent.

I have sent emails to Vertex Consulting Group (representative Sophia Tzannis) every day this week, to try and make them take responsibility, because there are clear fraud signs, most likely they/he/she are using click farms. If they didn't do this, Spotify wouldn't have registered everything from Vertex Consulting Group as fraudulent. They are not interested in sorting this out, even after five days with documentation and constant emails coming from me to resolve this serious matter: The Orchard ''Accounting - Channel'' stating ‘’104.000 fraudulent streams’’. Today, February 19th, I had to say enough is enough, so my last email contained warnings to Vertex Consulting Group to take responsibility and refund the payment and uphold their contract. They did not deliver the amount of streams within the time frame that was agreed upon in the contract, and the streams because of it’s fraudulence did not produce any revenue. They have received this documentation, but still they refuse to uphold their own contract. In their last email tonight they threatened me with lawyers. So now I take action by speaking out to all of you who are potential victims!

My message to all of you is to check with your distributor, log in to your account, check your accounting, you should definitely take a look at your streams (real and fraudulent). If there is anyone else out there who has experienced what I have, you should speak up, make your voice heard, contact your representative in Vertex Consulting Group, but do not trust their words when they tell you that they provide organic streams. You should check your accounting details, and look for revenue and streams details directly from your Distributor.

I have contacted Vertex Consulting Group many times about my suspicions, and I’ve been served so many lies, I have been deceived. I do not want that for anybody else! I have checked other artists that they provide ‘’services’’ for, amongst them Kyle Gee and Maya Azucena. Isn’t it alarming that they have Buffalo, Dallas, Chicago, Frankfurt am Main, New York City - the exact same cities as me? Even though I make completely different music, meaning Nordic Music.

I raised my concerns back in October 4th 2021, but Sophia reassured me that this is how ads work, and their weekly re-targeting of ads will then cause a spike in the numbers. How could I know any better, when I was such a fresh artist? I started making music in 2021, and I was all alone. I was told by Vertex Consulting Group that was the way ads worked, but now after talking with my distributor and seeing the real accounting numbers, I know better. I have nothing else to say than I was a fool for believing Vertex Consulting Group, but no more. I hope this is the same for you, whoever you are. Invest your money in real streams and real people, not Vertex Consulting Group and its fraudulent ways. Spotify offers e.g. Ad Studio. Sharing your music takes time, it is easy to feel desperate, but don’t be fooled by ‘’too good to be true’’ offers, because they really are too good to be true!

This is a direct quote from Spotify in this matter, since I have contacted them this week to tell them what is going on: ‘’Services that offer to guarantee streams or followers in return for money should not be used, and may result in content being removed from Spotify.’’

Stay awake and be alarmed, do not trust anyone from Vertex Consulting Group, they are a fraudulent company and sadly they provide fraudulent streams through click farms or bots. This is solely based on my experience from the time span of September 3rd 2021 up until February 18th 2022, and my consistent emails and questions along the way, these past couple of days have been beyond tough. I have not been met with humility and responsibility. Vertex Consulting Group has not wanted to resolve this serious matter.

I leave you with this: Stay strong, be brave, keep pushing to get your music heard, but do not take the ‘’magic wand’’ Vertex Consulting Group is trying to tempt you with, they most likely cooperate with click farms, or at least do something bad/wrong, since Spotify has picked up on only fraudulent streams coming from them. Again, check with your distributor!

***UPDATE: I was not simply "contacted" to take my review down. I was asked, then re-wrote it since sure, maybe it was a bit harsh. Then after re-writing it, pointing out the positive parts of my experience, and the fact that maybe the strange Spotify activity even wasn't the company's fault, it was still not positive enough. I was contacted again to take the review down. It sounds like they don't want to accept my experience - so much so they're calling it "not really true". My review is honest and fair. I was clear that I only worked a few days with them. I did not do any other promotion but Vertex's during this period of strange Spotify behavior. I'm still not condemning anyone. But since we're living in this gray area with what happened, I won't say anyone's free of blame either. Will the uphill battle we all deal with daily, and little support in the music industry, artists should be able to represent themselves honestly and fairly on here. So I'm not taking my review down. There are literally 97% positive reviews on here - if you have such success with artists, who rave about you on here; artists who you claim go onto building big fan bases and hitting Billboard charts and all, then I'm not sure why you'd care about my one measly review as a small artist.

I am re-writing my harsh review of my experience with this company, as a) they have since cleared up a few things and b) I want to make it very clear that Sophia, the woman I worked with, was NOT AT ALL why my experience was a negative one. The team at Vertex Consulting was very nice, with good customer service. I actually added a star to my review for the sole reason that my experience could’ve been MUCH worse without Sophia’s quick, clear communication. Kristoffer was great as well. They let me chat with them on WhatsApp, and when any concerns came up, they would even call me sometimes to clear it up.

However, I must be honest that despite all that, something felt amiss with my campaign - and it was in the data. I ended up stopping my campaign after 4 days (I should note, they gave me a refund without any trouble). The results seemed odd in multiple ways (locations of listeners, listener to stream to save ratio, etc). It seemed shady. Sophia was transparent enough to send me the ad and some of the ad results so I could see that they DO really utilize Facebook Ads (vs. click farms or something), like they promised. And I appreciated that; she really tried to make me feel comfortable. And what she showed me FEELS authentic…

But I still can’t explain the results I saw. And so it still worries me greatly. Specifically around the song they promoted, and specifically since starting my campaign with them. I don’t know how, or why it happened. It could be from something out of their control. Who knows. But, all I know is the suspicious data is still coming in - even 2 weeks post-campaign, and I may even need to take the song down if it continues. I've done no other promotion but theirs. And it’s very frustrating, as I believe it’s negatively affecting how the algorithm interacts with my music.

I don’t know with full detail how they targeted my ad (the interests and audience and such). And maybe it works for some people - to be fair, others on here seem to have had a good experience. And they will communicate well with you and refund you if you're not happy. But I’m not sure if I fully agree with their method. Or at least, it doesn’t seem to work for me and my music, and produced results I worry about. They wanted me to take this review down entirely, but I think It’s important other artists know that someone had this experience.

Overall very professional, great targeting and end results. What I liked the most - that I was able to change the targeting while the campaign was active. What I disliked the most - that the campaign dragged out for more than the maximum of 4 weeks. That being said, we still reached the overall goal which was very satisfying.

Only good experiences with multiple spotify campaigns and they have always met my expectations. Kristoffer is really thorough in his explanations and explained me everything that was about to happen before it happened. I actually liked that so I knew what was going on.
