This website is crap. They tell you to log in and you do and it takes forever because their system doesn't send out the email immediately. Then once you do log in and you click to download the free thing that is supposed to come with the product that you purchased it tells you you need to log in even though you're already logged in, and when you try and log in it tells you that your username doesn't exist in the database... I will come back and update on this once I use the product some more. But we're off to a horrible start

Very bad follow-up on quotes and even worse follow-up of delivery. Takes weeks before you get an answer on your question
