However, since installation of single station machine I've found the feet to be incredibly difficult to fit. Should be more stability with machine without dynabolt. Poorly designed. Top plate guide shouldâve been with bearings. A poor mans version of Hammer strength. Ill see how it fairs with usage but so far unimpressed unfortunately

Bench Purchase
As I am close to your warehouse I was able to pick it up myself so I am unable to review shipping. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions. The transaction was quick and with no issues. Putting the bench together was easy and it is very sturdy.

Misleading advertising, faulty products, poor customer service
This brand sells faulty products. Their âcommercial adjustable benchâ is flimsy and not safe for heavy lifting. When contacted about the issue, they claimed it was because the bench was âsimpleâ and âentry levelâ, which is not how the product is described on their website. They failed to offer a viable solution - re-boxing and returning a product from rural NSW, at my cost, is an absurd suggestion. Finally, they refused to post my review to their website despite my attempting to resolve the issue with them in good faith. Buyer beware - avoid this brand. Many superior brands out there that represent far, far better value for money.
EDIT: for anyone reading, please donât be fooled by Verveâs hilarious attempt to gaslight people that theyâre a âcustomer service firstâ company. Iâve noticed theyâve replied here some time ago and guess what??? My review is still not appearing on their product page - itâs been 4+ months!
âWeâve been engagedâŠâ after I emailed and followed you up on multiple occasions. You only started to respond promptly after I came here and posted this review. Because you refused, and continue to refuse, to post my review on your website.
âAligned with my expectationsâ my expectations were aligned with your product description on your website. Your product isnât what youâve described. Not exactly a hard concept, is it.
âAs you choseâŠâ you offered a completely ridiculous solution and only offered to pick up the expense for said solution, again, after I posted this review.
âRegarding your reviewâ itâs still not there, a full 4+ months after posting it. And the two posted after mine was submitted are five star reviews; what an amazing coincidence!
Their last offer was a full refund for a return of the product (in its original box) or a âpartial refundâ that equates to roughly 20% of my original order cost. They committed to getting back to me on the original box issue. Guess what?? Crickets; no follow up at all.
Please avoid this joke of a company. At all costs. There are so many better out there at far more competitive prices. Their products are substandard and they misrepresent them.
