Extremely Responsive

Tim from sales was extremely helpful. Super responsive and able to provide all the information to the questions I had. Put together and awesome home gym package for me. Highly recommend.

Customer care and service at its best. 👍

I turned up at the warehouse to find the office staff were at a conference. I explained we had driven a long way to look at the rowing machine with the intention of buying it and taking it home with us.
The very friendly and helpful warehouse staff member took us into the show room to have a look and try it out. He then made a call to see if the sale could be made over the phone. The extremely helpful sales person did everything over the phone so that I could take the rowing machine home with me.
Now that’s what I call customer service. Awesome!!!!!👍

Delivered my sauna to the wrong


Delivered my sauna to the wrong address, even after i asked them to update it and they confirmed multiple times they had updated it to the new one. Haven't been able to get a repones out of 3 different email address. I now have to organize to pickup the sauna from the depot because TNT has confirmed it still has the wrong address on it, even though i payed for delivery to my home. Worst customer service i have ever used, will not buy from them again

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused for you.

As mentioned, this issue stemmed from a communication breakdown among our freight provider. While they are a third-party service, we take full ownership of your experience and sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused.

We’re pleased to know that your sauna has been delivered to the correct address, and we’ve since put measures in place with our freight partner to prevent this from happening again.

We’ve made several attempts to contact you by phone and email to check in, but haven’t yet been able to reach you. We’d still love the opportunity to confirm that everything with your sauna is now in order and that you’re fully looked after.

Your experience is important to us, and we’re committed to making sure it ends on a positive note.

Great quality and customer service

I’ve purchased all my home gym equipment from Verve Fitness and the quality of everything I’ve bought has been of a high standard. In addition, their customer service has been great. I’d recommend Verve Fitness to anyone looking at setting up a home gym.

Physio Clinic Gym

I’ve placed multiple orders with Seb and he has always been extremely helpful/responsive. Orders arrive fast and any issues have been dealt with by the customer service team promptly. Gear is great quality and it looks superb in my Physio clinic.

Verve commercial adjustable bench

I bought the Verve adjustable commercial bench. I compared it to a few others advertised online and this was by far the best quality and price. So easy to set up. Solid piece of equipment. I had a question as to whether the product was in stock and contacted Verve on Sunday afternoon online via chat and they responded straight away that the product was in stock. Definitely recommend this product and brand/staff for quality and service.

Incredible Customer Service

I have chosen VERVE as the exclusive equipment for my new gym. Right from day 1 the service from Peter has been incredible. He helped me with the set up, followed up really well, very attentive and responded quickly. The whole process has been seamless and easy. All the équipement came quickly, easy to set up and top quality. Very happy I decided to go with VERVE.
