Excellent company for online shopping of dogfood
The whole process of ordering dogfood from beginning to end was so easy..The online ordering was straightforward & uncomplicated..Communication when my order would be dispatched & then ready for collection (I chose free delivery to my vets’ practice) was outstanding! The cost of the dogfood was also very competitive & reasonable..I certainly will be ordering again from VetpetNI!

Delivered my order to a vets over 1 hour drive away, no delivery address confirmed in order invoices when received or this error could have been corrected weeks ago. Then vetpetni blamed me on the mistake, then they went and made their own arrangements to move the order without my permission, my day at work spent chasing a bag of dog food ordered 3 weeks ago. Such poor service
