Twice ordered from Vet Post and both times the delivery was really fast. But the bonus, they snuck in a little pack of dog treaties and a sweet treat of fudge, and that little extra kindness honestly... もっず芋る

First time I have used Vet Post

First time I have used Vet Post. WAY cheaper than getting the meds through my regular vet. I live rural so was surprised to see the package delivered the next day. PLUS they put little treats in for your animals and fudge as a treat for the humans!
FANTASTIC service, will definitely be using again!

Surprise, Surprise


Surprised,ordered the cheapest product I could find on line, and too my Surprise they put in a treat for the dog and a treat for the cat,and the Surprise is a treat for ME.and I gladly eat it back from my 1km walk to my house.thanks vetpost.

Excellent and caring service

Service has been excellent - prompt, efficient and always with a little gift. Vetpost excelled when I lost my beautiful girl and they were so helpful in organising a refund for a parcel that was already en route.

Wonderful, speedy service. Ordered and dispatched Thursday morning in Tauranga, arrived Friday lunchtime in Invercargill. Well-organised, easy-to-navigate website too!

Fast, helpful, no issues.

Friendly, helpful phone service. I placed my order after 3pm and it arrived by 730am the following day. The parcel was packed using zero plastic and even had a wee human treat in there. Thanks Vetpost :)

My first order with Vet Post-so quick

My first order with Vet Post-so quick, extremely price friendly (compared to same products from vets)-and the wee treat bag and fudge were such a lovely surprise for us all! I’m a convert-Vet Post for me!!!! Will tell my friends!!!!

Best experience every time!
I have tried a couple of other companies offering Simillar services and this is by far the best!
Great costumer service, prompt deliveries, great prices and promos (stay subscribed to their emails, is actually worth it) and I absolutely love that with every order we all get a wee treat! I honestly look forward now to my little fudge treat (bonus that its celiac friendly!) and our pets to some of the dehydrated bagged treats :) It's the best! please keep up the amazing work! (oh and if I ever had an issue or a question, Rebecca has always been quick to help!)

Exceptional

This company should be used as a benchmark to others. It is professionally run, has excellent products and the customer service is outstanding. I would recommend Vetpost to anyone without hesitation. I do not usually review but felt I had to comment as their service is next level.

Highly Recommend

Vet Post is wonderful, my order arrived so quickly and they even put in a little treat for my cats in there. Their prices are insanely fair too, the product I needed was double the price everywhere else and I would never be able to afford it for my babies. They are a kind company who is not greedy and values their customers. Thank you so much Vet Post.
