Effective & Efficient!

Working with Vettery made job searching much easier on every level. My recruiter was able to help identify my key qualities and helped me position myself well in the interview process. Above all the follow up with my recruiter made all the difference. She called me after EVERY interview which helped keep me going.

I had never heard of Vettery, but I happened to see an ad while job hunting. I decided to create a profile, and I am glad I did. It took around 1 week to have my first interview scheduled and the process was super simple. I got a notification that the company wanted to interview me, and I simply had to select my availability. It was much better than the typical process of talking to screeners and having multiple conversations before getting an interview.

Vettery takes all the drudgery out of searching for a job. They make you visible and chase down anyone who owes you an interview, all for free. They have my top reconnection to anyone looking for employment.

Helped me find my current company.

I was able to get employed thanks to Vettery assistance and they were very helpful in getting me the job. My only issue is that it doesn't seem like there's anything new compared to other services. They just show recommendations and facilitate the communication between the company and me. Could add more like how can I increase my chances etc. Or it wasn't communicated to me if those services do exist. Thank you

Received a number of requests for interviews when my profile was active. I really like how the company provides a salary, makes the negotiations easier and you know whether or not a position is even in the general area in terms of salary. I would love to see more information about the companies and the position (skills, company culture, benefits) that could be evaluated before agreeing to talk to a company. My Vettery contact was also very helpful and active in assisting me with anything that I needed.

My only constructive criticism is that the filtering system isn't always ideal for helping me find the types of candidates I'm seeking. With broader parameters, there are hundreds of candidates who really don't make sense, and the good candidates are often buried. Being able to search by current company size/industry would be helpful. Also, having a one-step archiving process (perhaps a drop down when a candidate isn't a fit vs a second step of describing why would speed up the process when there are many to review!
