Please beware: the alpaca filled heart ostensibly good for birds to use in nest building IS NOT SAFE. It will not dry as natural nest building materials do, may expose birds to harmful bacteria and or chemicals.

Stinkt nach Chlor, was jetzt daran inovativ sein soll, erschließt sich mir nicht. Funktioniert wahrscheinlich auch nicht. Zudem überteuert, keine Belege mit geliefert, eine Rücksendung somit ausgeschlossen.
Zudem ist der Bestelleingang sehr fragwürdig, man hat gleich mehr Mengen als beabsichtigt, man muss genau lesen, vor allem das Kleingedruckte, um mehr abzulehnen. Wahrscheinlich Betrug.
Leider habe ich die Bewertungen erst jetzt gesehen, und für eine Tube Lehrgeld bezahlt

I wish there was an option for giving no stars. That would reflect my real view of this company and their products. Now I understand why they called themselves vexclean, because they leave their customers feeling vexxed about having been cleaned, financially. That's the only thing that ends up being cleaned. Their customers! Because of their dishonesty about the performance of their products. A word from the wise: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Do a good turn today and spread the word so that others do not buy these bogus products. Their adverts should be removed from the internet.

Its a scam. I've learnt my lesson. I thought I had bought 2 packs of the mould remover, but 5 came and I was charged £87.72 ! How do they get away with it? The company needs prosecuting.
I felt so ashamed I had been taken in so easily. I haven't dared tell my husband! only by seeing these reviews have I had the courage to complain.

I saw the YouTube video clip - as there are so many scam products online I always come onto Trust Pilot if it looks too good to be True... they had a 4.7 sticker of a Trust Pilot score on their website

This is a con and their Trustpilot reviews showing at 4.7, in their adverts are fake as can be clearly seen by looking ay the real Trust pilot site!!

These are definetly scammers...they toook my monies and now just rreply to my email with B.S

Very deceptive and misleading advertising, probably illegal. Selected “Our most popular choice” without noticing in very small print it was for five. No chance to review before checking out - It just went straight through. I contacted them in seconds but was told it had already been dispatched! Then two weeks of contacting their customer service in Lithuania! 26 messages of standard replies before I got a 75% refund.
My conclusion is that if the product is that good, it would sell itself without all the underhanded selling and appalling bad customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

Whenever I see a new advert on YouTube, I come straight over to TrustPilot to see how much of a scam it is, and I wasn't shocked here.

Einfach nur Müll, aber leider teuer.
Jeder, der da was bestellt, ohne VORHER über Erfahrungen anderer Kunden zu lesen, so wie ich, ist selber schuld, wenn er übers Ohr gehauen wird…

Vorsicht, Internetbetrug! Das Produkt funktioniert nicht und riecht penetrant nach Chlor! Bestellabwicklung/ Onlinebezahlung ist nicht transparent und verführt zu Überbestellung, dazu keine Rücksendeadresse, kein Widerrufsrecht, keine Rechnung, kein Lieferschein.
Absenderadresse eines Versanddienstleisters ist alles. Und dazu ein Phantasiepreis, der 400% höher ist, als wenn Sie bei Amazon kaufen.

Achtung, Betrug: man bekommt mehr zugeschickt, als man eigentlich wollte, das Geld ist abgebucht, es gibt keine Retourenscheine in der Sendung, das Produkt riecht wahnsinnig nach Chlor und hat nichts mit der Performance zu tun, die in der Werbung suggeriert wird. Es funktioniert einfach nicht.

DO NOT use this company. Total SCAM.
Will take your money and not deliver. Then try to get your money back. They even had the gall to say if I sent it back - I haven't had delivery after three months, I would only get 50% of money back. Which I really doubt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. Am now going down legal route to get money back from these con artists.

Stay away. Before you know it they charg twice and lot more then they advertise. And it's impossible to cancel the order even 6 minutes after you ordered. They say it's already packed and shipped !

What a stupid scum website.
I just wanted to buy 2 units of this for around
25€ and ended up with 3 orders á 73€.
They try to send you the delivery confirmation
ASAP so they can make the argument that your order is already in delivery which is totally bs.
Even 15 minutes after my cancellation via email which they already replied to there came the last of the 3 delivery confirmations. This company is a joke. They should drown in their shitty Vexglue.

Hint:
Make a formal email to withdraw your order with mentioning your rights about refunding and make clear that you will press legal charges against them if they don't answer within 7 days.
Worked for me. Had my orders undone within minutes.

I STUPIDLY paid for this product but even after 10 days they have yet to give me an order number or send me the product. I contacted the company but they have been so unhelpful and are unable to find my order. Don’t waste your money.

I have not ordered this product after seeing all the poor reviews here. Thought it was worth mentioning, the company states on its UK website that they have a 4.7 Trustpilot rating which is obviously not true.
Hope Trustpilot follows up with them.

No problems with delivery but when tried the product made zero difference to the mould in my shower. Complete waste of money.

wish I’d looked at this before purchasing was happy to pay 15 pounds but when I press processed, they charged me 47 immediately tried to cancel the order within four minutes. They had already said it had been dispatched complete scam of a company do not purchase or buy from them.
