The absolute worst experience. I highly suggest no one uses this. The level of communication regarding pick up and time is pathetic. They don't care about passengers and if you are a backpacker, they definitely don't care. Prepare to miss a lot of buses if using vexere. Their standard is just poor.
Pagamos un suplemento para continuar viaje a destino, el primer autobús nos dejó a mitad de camino sin bus para continuar, fue imposible contactar con Vexere, tuvimos que pagar taxi para llega a otra ciudad. Después de reclamar nos dice que no nos pagan el taxi, y se niegan a indemnizar con el 150% Como ellos mismos anuncian. Todo muy lamentable.
It is convenience, I booked bus ticket from HCM to Dalat and it was good experience.
I’ve booked tickets with Vexere so many times, both for flights and buses, and it’s always been a smooth experience. The app is super easy to use, and what I love most is that it saves all of my information and my family’s names. That way, when I need to book, it only takes a few minutes. I can easily find tickets to many provinces like Đà Lạt, Nha Trang, and Hà Nội, which makes traveling so much more convenient. Highly recommend for convenience and reliability!
When something goes wrong they refuse to help you or refund you.
Just like a scam, they guarantee my booking but then they just tell me the slot i bought is no longer available.
Très bonne expérience avec eux. Leur site n’ajoute pas de frais cachés, ils sont réactifs et confirment la réservation de suite. En cas de problème on reçoit un mail pour gérer le sujet. Top.
Waited for the bus from 2100 to 2300 never showed up. Afwul company please please please dont book through them
Wrong bus supplied, bus was 4 hours late and was just a local bus. Not the limousine service their site offered. The price advertised on the bus they supplied was 190,000. I paid Vexere 499,000. I contacted their support who after investigation found the bus company used another company to fulfil their orders. Vexere offered me 10% refund. I will not use them again. I will use 12goasia. As I’ve never had a problem with like this booking buses in Vietnam.
Pésimo! Contratamos un viaje de Nha Trang a Hoi An, nos cambiaron dos veces el bus de una Limusina para 12 personas que era lo que habíamos pagado en un inicio y terminamos en un bus para 44 personas, con asientos que no se podían reclinar, sin mantas, con un aire acondicionado fuertísimo, sin cinturones de seguridad. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA. Notificamos a Vexere apelando a su post venta, adjuntando comprobantes, fotos del bus, etc. y no nos dieron respuesta hasta el día de hoy. Eviten este intermediario!
