I visited VFS Chennai to submit my Korea visa application. They have a very organized process and all the staff including the security personnel have a very good knowledge of the processes. They were very helpful and were extremely polite and professional in their job. Special kudos to the staff Keerthi, Ragul, Pavithran, Ramachandran and Vyshali and their manager Besten.
Overall a very good experience. Keep up the good work.

VFS proved once more that they are unpleasant addition to obtaining visa's. they are money hungry, operating in outdated overloaded buildings with unqualified staff / unprofessional staff. Embassies dealing with this company must demand them to spend more of their income on facilities and staff professionalism.
I strongly suggest to open doors for competition and you will see prices drop, service quality increase, customer satisfaction will reach its optimal levels.

Otherwise, Saudi authorities should block VFS in Saudi and substitute them with real service company.

Bad experience with VFSglobal. Never slots available to book appointments. Have been waiting for last 5 days and counting. Cannot travel to schenegen states because of the incompetence staff who are least bothered!!! Phone calls never picked and trustpilot positive reviews look all fake!!!

I would like to thank you to Pooja from Vfs Mahalaxmi. For providing excellent service and for filling uk visa application from accurately as per my documents which I have submitted. Earlier I had filled application from y-axis that was so worse they have charged me 28thousand for uk transit visa that also they had filled wrong form. Then I got mail from uk embassy saying that withdraw your passport bcoz of wrong visa category than I went to Vfs Mahalaxmi to withdraw my passport I meet a Pooja and I explained her my situation.she guide me in proper way.even I noticed your grooming standard was good clean uniform and smile on your face and warm welcoming.once again thank you Pooja helping me in uk visa application finally I can go back to work. Just visited VFS Premium Lounge Mumbai for France Visa application and the experience was amazing. The staff was really helpful in explaining the process, getting the right documentation in place, overall smoothly executed functions. Special thanks to Vipula, Srushti, Janhavi for being so polite and extremely helpful throughout the process, so professional and made it easy, specially for my mother who is a senior citizen. Thanks you so much for this experience!
