I got my delivery the next day as promised after I paid for next day delivery and the product was cheaper than anywhere else.

The ordering process was simple, I was apprehensive at first, but would order again fron viaduct clothing.

Excellent service all round

I'm not happy about Viaduct's return policy. I bought a pair of trainers from a brand I never used in the size of a brand I always used. It didn't fit and it cost me £9.90 to send the shoes back. Now, I have no shoes but spent nearly £10 on return postage. It is my fault not checking the return policy in advance, I know. Customer service was kind but due to me having to pay for return in case products don't fit me, I'm not ordering anything from them anymore.

Ease of purchase, speed of delivery and quality of item were all brilliant.

I received the order in very quickly.
Unfortunately the item didn't fit, but the return process was super easy and the refund came during next couple days

Ive received the delivery very quick in just a few days, and everything was on point and it was perfectly fitting my size. I recommend it!

I found Viaduct through searching on the internet for the best deals on a pair of Adidas trainers. And Viaduct were by far the best deals, the website was easy to use and the checkout was simple. Not only was the trainers a great price but I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was free shipping, which made it a much better deal. The processing time was quick and although the shipping said delivery could take up to 7 days after the shipping notification I received the trainers within 3 days of ordering which again was great! The trainers were just as described and overall I was really pleased that I used Viaduct.
I would highly recommend Viaduct for a great experience and great price and I am sure that you can be confident that you will receive a great service. Thank you 🙏
