We’re very good at communicating and were very helpful.

At the beginning I was a little bit skeptical bc , no option to pay with credit card. I did a zelle payment for $250. The same night I received a picture of the little box packed with tracking number on it. Second day a lady texted to me on WhatsApp all the updates and after a week she texted to me again regarding the status of my order. In less than 2 weeks I received the package delivered to my door (USA, Florida).I am ready to do a parasite cleasing! I would definitely purchase again from this company!

THE ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY WAS AS EXPECTED AND THE PRESCRIPTION WAS THE QUALITY PRESCRIPTION THAT I NEEDED MY KIDNEY DISEASE.

Didn’t deliver what I ordered said it was my issue and kept $400…. They are not transparent about the process and will screw you over if there are any issues !

Company is very responsive and receptive UNTIL they get your money and then it's radio silence. I'm writing this review because every time I expressed concern about something shady during the purchasing process, they would specifically point to their Trust Pilot reviews to reassure me. I can see now that a lot of these reviews are fake, and they also have a plant who posts in various groups on Reddit (cancer, diabetes, weight loss), directing users to buy meds from Viagcial. Some of the "shady" things I'm talking about: the color of the text in their emails to me was white, so it looked like the email was blank. I had to highlight the entire area and only then could I read it. I was told that the pills would be removed from the sealed box and I would just receive the foil packs. When making the payment, I was given a fake business name to use and was told under no uncertain terms was I to mention anything about pills or medication in the note field. I was told that I would be charged an extra $30 above what I was quoted due to having to relay the package through a third party country (the UK). Except that when viewing the tracking, the parcel came from India directly to the US--there was no 3rd party. As far as the medication itself, it's something I have taken previously, obtained authentically in the United States. So, I know what it does to my body and how I react to it. The medication received from Viagcial seem like it was an extremely diluted version of the actual medication--crushed, mixed with a filler, and then re-pressed into pills. Most of the time I just felt like I was taking a sugar pill, but every once in a while I would get a pill that seemed to have a little bit of the actual medication in it. Anyway, luckily it was a small and fairly inexpensive order due to my distrust of the company. I feel kind of embarrassed that I allowed myself to be taken advantage of, but now I want to warn others to stay away from this company.
