I would give them zero if there’s an option
At the end of last year, they charged me $1,500 to upgrade my flight ticket so that my 90-year-old mother could sit more comfortably. I upgraded from economy class to business class and paid an additional $2500, which I thought was actually a reasonable price.
However, on the day my mother boarded the plane, I discovered that they had done absolutely nothing. They didn’t answer my phone calls or respond to my emails. That’s when I realized they were a scam operation. The Better Business Bureau advised me not to trust them because they have no credit record on file.
