Definitely scam company, they attract
People with low costs but later using high allocated deposit they charge huge costs even for pre-existing small scracthes they charge 500 eur. Definitely it is strategy of them. Stay away from this local italian companies, at the end you will end up paying same or even higher money than well-known companies. Also do not get manipulated with positive reviews, probably some of them are thir own members. Stay away from this company.

Sia al ritiro che alla riconsegna abbiamo trovato del personale chiaro e disponibile. Auto in buone condizioni e pulita. Non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema durante il nostro viaggio.

Это мошеники. Если вы берете у них машину с депозитом в 500 евро, будьте готовы не получить деньги обратно. Мы сдавали машину в аэропорте Альгеро в нерабочее время, за что заплатили отдельную плату, и отправили им видео, но ответа о приемке машины не получили. На повторные запросы нам в итоге ответили, что список повреждений машины был отправлен по электронной почте (что было неправда), а депозит удержан. В итоге мы добились описания повреждений - одна царапина 1,5 см внизу бампера, грязь от дождя на корпусе зеркала обзора, заявленная как серьезные повреждения, царапина 2 см на двери, которой нет на нашем видео, и царапины на нижней части черного пластикового молдинга под бампером, если вы ляжете на землю перед машиной на землю вы их увидите. На нашу претензию, что на нашем видео нет половины повреждений, и что это обман, мы, после пяти запросов, получили от них ответ, что согласно контракту, мы несем ответственность за все повреждения машины до открытия офиса, независимо от высланного нами видео! Это большая ошибка брать машину в этой компании. Они рисуют на машине царапины и точно знают, что туристы уехали и не смогут подать заявление в полицию! Не верьте положительным отзывам, читайте отрицательные, я могу показать все документы по данному случаю.

ATTENZIONE AL RITIRO AUTO.
Dopo aver ritirato e trattato la macchina come se fosse mia, al mio rientro mi viene contestata praticamente SOTTO il parafango della macchina delle striature.
Ovviamente al ritiro della stessa non ho alzato la macchina con un ponte sollevatore per ispezionare tutta la parte sottostante.
Nonostante la nostra insistenza nel spiegare all’operatore che non abbiamo controllato sotto per ovvi motivi sembrava non ascoltarci, cambia solo improvvisamente idea nel momento in cui promettiamo di pubblicare tutto sui social dando una recensione negativa perche’ controllare sotto la macchina e’ a dir poco impossibile.
Qualcosa non mi torna!!!

Was a super experience. All went smooth and nice. Mateo was providing all needed instructions and directions as well an ice cooler and very good boat.

We wantend to pay for the car through debitcard but that wasn’t allowed. So creditcard was needed and we had to pay extra because of a different name (my partner) on the card vs the car booking. There was bad service also at delivery. We had to wait for a long time until someone came to the desk and we had to walk back from the offfice to the car instead key drop off point.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after such a surprisingly amazing experience with your team, I felt I had to share. From start to finish, Ricardo was fantastic, incredibly attentive and patient. The car was new and super easy to drive, and we had no issues at all with either check-in or check-out. I can definitely recommend "Viaggiare Rent", and I already know exactly who I’ll be booking my next car with. Grazie mille!

While the staff were always friendly, my experience with Viaggiare Rent left a lot to be desired — and I unfortunately cannot recommend this company.
To begin with, the car we were given immediately showed a service warning light and low oil level. We contacted Viaggiare via WhatsApp and were told to drive the car back to the office to exchange it — which meant a 1 hour 45 minute round trip from where we were staying. No fuel compensation, apology, or form of goodwill was offered, despite the inconvenience and their oversight in giving us a poorly maintained vehicle.

Later in the trip, we received a parking ticket after parking at the beach. We had used a parking app, but forgot to update the registration plate. We politely contacted Viaggiare on WhatsApp, explained the situation, and provided proof of payment. As visitors unfamiliar with local bureaucracy — and after the earlier issue with their car — we hoped they would assist us, or at least guide us.

Instead, we were ignored multiple times, even as the situation escalated. We have since received threatening letters in Italian back in the UK, with the fine increasing over time. I’ve sent several messages on WhatsApp, and they’ve been read but not responded to. Most recently, I even received a letter from Vatican City referencing the same issue — an absurd and stressful turn in what should have been a simple matter.

In short:
✔️ Friendly staff
✖️ Poor vehicle maintenance
✖️ No support for issues caused by their oversight
✖️ No accountability
✖️ No customer service when it’s actually needed

I wish I could say otherwise, but this experience has been frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend Viaggiare Rent to others, particularly international travelers who may need post-rental support.

Personale gentile e simpatico. Auto ok.

Prenotata auto da 4 persone ad Alghero-Fertilia: all’arrivo l’operatrice ci ha consegnato, senza cambio tariffa, un’auto leggermente più grande (nuova c3) e con grande gentilezza ci ha lasciato anche un ombrellone e due stuoie per il mare. Sono oggetti che qualcun’altro ha lasciato in auto da noleggi precedenti e abbiamo trovato molto carina l’idea di proporli ai clienti in un’ottica di riciclo! Gentilezza e grande disponibilità fanno la differenza!

I have booked car via VIPcars. After arriving at Alghero airport I was informed that they will not lend me a car, because I have just classic debit card, not credit card. Yes, my mistake, I consider my card as credit one. However, I offered I will pay all 900 Euro for deposit, what is better guarantee for them than blocked amount via credit card. But I was refused with the argument, that it will be problem for them to make one extra bank operation (when sending deposit back)!!! So I cannot borrow a booked car, just because this totally unprofessional attitude. No more with Viaggiare!!!

Llegue 22:30 , de noche, me dieron la llaves y no revisaron el coche conmigo
lo revise yo y no vi golpe ni rayon
al devolverlo me dijeron que tenía un daño por debajo linea de parachoques, habia que ponerse de rodillas para verlo
mini rayon de entre 1 y 2 cm
seguro que no lo hice yo. mi coche habitual no tiene sensor de marcha atras y este lo tiene y estaba encantado. no le di ningún golpe seguro.
consecuencia. 150 euros y mal trato de la persona que me atendio
